This has to be one of the most comprehensive videos on twitching jigs Ive ever seen! Spot on with your tips. I will say, I’ve never considered using white as a color in high water conditions. I remember seeing some clips of the legendary Bill Herzog talking about white as an underused color for Salmon and Steelhead. God bless you sir 🙏🏽
Thank you for watching! Yes typically most rivers have a B-run. These are usually October through December. Just have to find the rivers that are open for them to go and chase
Yeah I just got back from a trip for coho.. got skunked.. and then I'm just learning there is a b wave swimming by? Does that mean I should try it out again? 😅
I’ve added worms to a hoochie jig or rabbit and had success. Never tried just a plain head. I’ll have to see! For twitching I like a 7-7’6 8-15lb medium fast rod. One piece is awesome if you can do but a two piece is ok too
I do sell them and make/tie all myself. I can make almost all custom gear from spinners, jigs etc needed. Can shoot me an email and I can help ya! Holymolyoutdoors@gmail.com
You need three colors: Something light (white/yellow), something dark (black, purple) and something with contrast (pink/black, purple/yellow). That will cover almost any condition you encounter.

@@OLC_Fishing you will find Coho around through November into December in most rivers that are open. Just got to put the time in
Curious, do you also jig for coho with a worm instead of a squid? What's your go to rod for this type of fishing? THX
