Thank you so much Ugboka,, I m in the process at the moment to decide and been doing my research. Your video is a real eye opener and explained a lot I was not aware of. You are absolutely right I think about what you are saying and it makes sense. Thank you so much for you video. God bless you and your family
@@olayemiabosede Thank you, the first step is to go attend an accredited school of nursing or study nursing in the university to become registered as a nurse. it is after the initial registration that you start to think about working as a nurse in other countries
Did you get a job with your care home experience. I have been with a care home for over 5 years but I've passed my nclex. Many agencies are looking for those currently in nhs. How did you go about it
I'm sorry to bother you, cos I've been following you , and i know u have been working with care homes. Did you get your 🇺🇸 USA job immediately you started this nhs or when u have not started. I want to apply so I'm waiting to join nhs. But if you got it before u join maybe I can try to apply. No vex for the questions
You are very correct. The reason staffing agencies offers lower salary is because they mostly pay for everything concerning the process, from credentials evaluation to transportation to write the NCLEX, as well as immigration fees of you and your dependants. So they are technically recovering the money they spent lol 😂. Most direct hire wants nurses who have passed NCLEX so therefore there's no sponsorship. Most direct hires also file your immigration and you'll be the one to pay for your dependants although they file for them as well. I heard nurses who joined staffing agency as NCLEX passers gets more wages than those sponsored by the agencies from the scratch (i don't know how true it is though, i saw it on a Filipino nurse page here on UA-cam). So Generally, Staffing agency is the best amidst retrogression.
i think covid played a role and also in my opinion i also think there was a time visa processing was put on hold or it slowed down because of Donald trump but i may be wrong sha
Retrogression has always been in the history of US immigration in fact covid gave the nurses an upper edge by swapping of visas not given under family based category to employment based category 3, and now that embassies are reopening again and visas are given to fb category the normal cut off of 140000 visas for employment based category is the only one available to the category under which nurses fall that is eb 3. Another point I'll like to stress is that most staffing agencies have a contract of 3 years. I think It is only O'Grady Peyton which is an affiliate of AMN health care international that gives a 2-year contract. So much explanation to give but I'll stop here. Nice content though!
Awesome! New subscriber here. Please what staffing agency do you recommend for USA work Visa. Also, how can you take the NCLEX exam while in Nigeria? Can you make a video to explain the entire process for staffing agencies or the fastest process? Thanks 🙏🏾
Thank you and welcome to the family 🎉 1. I like OGP agency because they have just 2 years contract and they also have their sister company Connectics which is a direct hire company so you have both options to choose from. 2. There is no Nclex exam center in Nigeria. most people go to other countries like dubai, south Africa, uk etc to write the exam when they are ready. if you register with a staffing agency, they ll cater to all the expenses involved in the process. 3. Ok i will make more research into this and explain further in another video. Thank you for watching ❤️
Thanks for this invaluable information well analysed 👍

you are right
You are 100% correct
Thank you so much, these are some things people don't really talk about. they just focus on how much direct hires pay
Most staffing agency offer 3yrs or 2 1/2 years, is only OGP that offers 2yrs
I like OGP, I'm with them
Nice 👌, i like them too for the 2 years contract and the fact that they also have option for direct hire with connectics their sister company

What state are u moving to? Cos i heard each state has different pay rate
@@aishayuguda That's true. for now i'm registered with Texas BON but i may not end up going there.
Ok.Great
How much do they pay CNAs
That would also depend on the state. if you search through google you ll have an idea. california will probably have the highest pay rate
Hi , do you have to do visa screen with Cgfns before being hired by staffing agency or direct hire?
Why leaving UK after 5 years?
To look for more money 💰 and career advancement but UK is home now
How do I get staffing agent please get me one
there are a lot of options online. google staffing recruitment agencies for nurses moving to the US and you ll see a lot of options to choose from.

Direct hire agency is the best. We are in 21st century madam. We have to be independent and not been taken advantages of
