The earliest known written records of the history of China date from as early as 1250 BC, from the Shang dynasty, during the king Wu Ding's reign, who was mentioned as the twenty-first Shang king by the same.

Actually saying that China has no democracy is wrong. No one has monopolly over definition of political terms such as denocracy and freedom etc. China has democracy in their own form while west has defined it in their own way. China is socialist democractic country while west has capitalist democracy based on concept of relation between master and slaves or cattles.
