@Ramsn Sora San andreas was before gta 3 bro. I know its confusing but gta san andreas took place in 92 and gta 3 in early 2000s. Claude and catalina met 1st in san andreas.
As I said on a previous video, the fact that Claude not only survived nine years with Catalina, but even seems to have tamed her a little, making her a little more feminine, says more about his character than his voice ever could.
Claude survived 9 years, Catalina betrays him and he ends her in the end. Claude is a massive killer. In a way, he can be far more dangerous than Trevor.
San Andreas should’ve just killed Ryder off in the mission where CJ and Sweet get captured by the police, rather than re-writing him to be a villain at the last second. Because his missions actually improve the Grove. It’s not like Big Smoke where his missions only benefit him, no, he was loyal to the hood. That’s the biggest complaint I have with the story of the game. That and after Ryder dies, he is brought up a total of one time, and CJ and Sweet never discuss him again. CJ apparently viewed Ryder as his best friend, he knew him almost as long as he knew his own god damn brother. He viewed Ryder as a better brother to him than Sweet ever was... And he gets over his betrayal, and killing him, after one conversation with Ceaser. And Sweet never brings him up either. How is this satisfying in any way? I think players would want to see how Sweet would react to such a betrayal. Could you really not be f*cked to go back and rewrite some things so everything made sense, Rockstar?
they should've done it another way like in the green sabre job when CJ Sweet and maybe with Ryder were killing the ballas it should've had Big Smoke do a drive by shooting causing Ryder to die but that's just my opinion
ZacCox, there was another betrayal in the storyline which could have been mentioned here........ Franklin killing Trevor or Micheal (We all know it's optional) but....that's one of the saddest betrayal in the GTA Series which could have been included in the video..... Overall the video was nice :D
What about the betrayal at the start of GTA V? Michael and possibly Brad betrayed Trevor. They had deal with Dave Norton, who wanted to kill Trevor and wanted their help to make it clean and easy. Trevor was meant to die and Michael and Brad were meant to fake their death and go to witness protection. However Brad walked in front of Trevor at the wrong moment and got shot instead of Trevor. Trevor got behind cover before Dave could fire the next shot and Michael pretended he got hit by it, while he actually didn't. This was to keep Trevor there before backup arrives to kill him, so they can then make it look like it was meant to look, the whole robbery ending in a police ambush, where all three robbers were killed. However Trevor survives the attack and runs away, Brad bleeds out and dies, so they bury him into Michael's grave, to make the body as a piece of evidence disappear and to make Michael Townley disappear too. Official reports then say Brad was locked up and Michael died, because Michael told Trevor he's not gonna make it (while in fact he didn't even get shot), and years later, after Trevor lays low, he sends Brad a letter to prison, which gets to Dave, who then starts correspondence with him
@Joseph Hernandez i noticed this after playing the story for the 4th time. well, in the first mission, the sniper who shoots brad is actuallt Dave. plus, micheal doesnt bleed, if you've noticed.
Great video. In TBoGT, Billy's setup of Johnny is confirmed in a cutscene where he meets with the Triads. True it isn't confirmed in TLAD, but it is confirmed in the GTA IV stories
Yes, but the main betrayer is, in my opinion, Brian Jeremy. His actions in the game and what is said by Johnny to and about Brian confirms this. He behaves like a sycophant to Billy but, in my opinion, he's setting himself up to lead The Lost and get rid of his rivals (Johnny, Billy and Jim). Brian seems to be the sort of individual who would betray anyone for the right price as he is completely spineless, so him calling the cops on Billy and then framing Johnny and Jim for it would be likely, especially since he played a direct role in the robbery of the heroin from the Angels Of Death (who stole it from the Triad) so Brian would be able to point the finger of suspicion at Billy, Johnny and Jim to the Police - Brian "escaped" before Billy was arrested and immediately blamed Johnny and Jim for it and caused a rift in The Lost, gaining a large faction of support, which was eventually ended resulting in a large portion of The Lost being killed. Brian blamed Johnny and Jim to remove suspicion from himself. Brian is also an anti-Semite (shown in multiple cut-scenes in the game) and also despises Jim, probably because Jim is African-American, so, he would likely be able to establish a truce again with the Angels Of Death as his beliefs tie in with their racism. Just all my opinion, of course.
My favourite betrayals were in no particular order : 1) Big Smoke turning on CJ 2) Jimmy Pegorino turning on Niko 3) Lance Vance turning on Tommy Vercetti 4) Steve Haines, Wei Cheng, Devin Weston turning on Michael, Trevor and Franklin.
Usually in GTA you'll notice that the first person you meet is the last person you kill. In GTA III we first see Catalina and she's the last character we kill. In GTA Vice City the first person we see is Sonny Forelli and he is also the last person we kill. San Andreas we first meet Frank Tenpenny and he is the last person we smoke. Liberty City Stories is an exception with Massimo, but Vice City Stories we first meet Martinez and we have to kill him last alongside Diego Mendez. Like I said, usually, not always though is it the case where we end up having to kill the first character we meet in GTA.
The only games I can recall where the second last person we kill is the second person we meet are GTA Vice City if you count Lance as being the second person you meet, Ken Rosenburg does appear before Lance but Tommy knows Ken already plus he is useless as an ally apart from the fact he's a Lawyer, so I'll let you guys have your own take on that one. GTA San Andreas however, Big Smoke is the second person we meet and the second last person we kill so that qualifies, however Vice City can be controversial as to Lance's actual time of first appearance in the game.
I think you even meet Juan and Mercedes Cortez plus everybody at the party before you meet Lance as well however you only talk with Juan and Mercedes for now. Another fun fact is Lance Vance and Ryder actually have the same name as Sweet's real name is Sean "Sweet" Johnson, Big Smoke's real name is Melvin "Big Smoke" Harris and Ryder's real name is Lance "Ryder" Wilson.
Isaac Badell-Riviere only saying that bc no one ever pays attention to the stories titles. I mean he does but people skip over the stories titles like they’re minors which they are but I still think they’re considerable games that everyone should include in videos. People like to go from GTA SA to GTA 4. I know this is nothing related to your comment but just thought I might as well say the betrayals from the stories games too
I don't know, like I understand why he did, but he probably could've handled it differently, maybe finding time to chat with Tommy in-person about his frustrations.
DraeSynesMusic i never expected we had to kill lance. That time i was 13 when i first time beat vice city but didnt know what betray means but now as a 17 yr old i know.

Great vid idea! This series is all about betrayal. Unless you know everything in the games storyline, never get too attached to any GTA character. If people likeRyder, lance, and smoke betrayed you, anyone can.
My only thing with the way tommy treated lance was that he did mess up a few of tommys plans, sure he would make up for it, but even i was wondering what plan he'd mess up next and make it way harder than it needed to be, but i still really liked lance.
When Smoke and Ryder betrayed us, I really feel betrayed the first time because they were family. They were funny, they hangout together, and help the Grove. Rockstar really know how to make people sad :(
I think Lance Vance's betrayal in Vice City is the most interesting. Lance Vance seemed like a cool guy but when it's revealed he betrayed Tommy, it got more effectful. I can understand why Lance Vance betrayed Tommy, because he felt mistreated and unappreciated. That gives more depth to the characters. Lance Vance may be a traitor but you understand his motive, and Tommy are the protagonist but a flawed one
I was more surprised about Ryder's betrayal than Big Smoke. He didn't fire his gun during Drive-Thru, he moved out of Grove Street to a new house on Idlewood, a Ballas controlled neighbourhood, getting himself a brand new car and making drug deals with other gangs all pointed to Big Smoke being a traitor.
Sup Man, I really enjoy your channel and appreciate what you do. I think I'm just a couple years older than you, and I'm not a huge game but the original GTA games I'm obsessed with. King courtney is one of the only GTA characters to betray the protagonist and get away with it without dying, in GTA 3 with the mission kingdom come. Just a fun fact
Sorry I guess El Burro didn't really betray Claude, Claude betrayed El Burro. Different reason for sending The Diablos after Claude. King Courtney did he simply because he wanted to and he was in cahoots with Catalina, Miguel and The Columbian Cartel within the spank trade.
Don't agree with you on the Lance betrayal. Tommy did most things by him self. There are a couple of times that Lance joins him but most of the time it is Tommy himself doing the dirty work while Lance get the more easy jobs. Like with that house where they have to fly with the helicopter and shoot them all out. Lance opperates the chopper, like always, and tommy has to eventually go in. While Lance can fly away. And the rest of their missions they just work together.
You could just as clearly see it coming with The Mendez Brothers as well, afterall it was Vic and Lance who accidentally ripped off his cocaine shipment thinking the coke belonged to Martinez seeing as he was transporting it for The Mendez Brothers. The Vance Brothers and The Mendez Brothers were forced to work together seeing as The Vance Brothers didn't want to admit to The Mendez Brothers that they ripped off the Coke and made out like it was Martinez working for the Feds and turned States evidence against them but really Martinez was turning States on all of them because he was scared The Mendez Brothers were going to kill him which enabled The Vance Brothers to temporarily prove that Martinez ripped them off and was working for the Feds.

vincenzo
You mean Vincinzo from Liberty City Stories
Smoke and Ryder was obviously the saddest and shocking betrayal in the GTA history
You forgot Kenny from CTW. That game was so underrated
The most iconic betrayal though is Lance’s, it was just completely unexpected and shocking.
GTA V you should have put the alt ending of Franklin and Michael betraying Trevor
big smokes and ryder betrayal scene was shocking sad, i never thought that ryder and big smokes cj old friend was betray him
Nice vid
Wow it's five years and still watching this video love it!
My favorites was Russian evolution and one on GTA V☺
OMG the white snow mission was really difficult and that was a socking ending my jaw dropped so far down and on the GTA SA missions good list dude
The saddest betrayal for me was Gary Smith
Wolves Games Music Anime hey! Me too
Jaovani Richardson cool!
Gary's betrayal wasn't shocking though.

If you didn’t figure out Michelle was a cop before the reveal then you weren’t paying attention. Niko states that all her home items are new and she constantly asks pushy question as well as other things
Hey zack can you create a gaming Chanel zack ????
Catalina, adult industry needs you hungry beast ! Lance has to be educated by Vic.

It's very true, when Vito Corleone says, "When they betrayed the family, they be dugged to the fishes. Anyone else, who wants be a tough guy? Ice em!"
ZAC LOVE U !💜💜💜💜💜
Would've been better if there was no commentary, but it was a good video👌🏾
What about when Pegorino betrayed Niko in the last mission of GTA 4?
He didn't betrayed. Technically niko betrayed him as revenge ending.
@@mr.buttler1649: How did Niko betray Pegorino? He worked with Demiti before and got lied to and he didn't want that to happen to him so Niko is betraying Pegorino?
Rockstar CEO: Alright, so during this game, you're gonna get hella betrayed.
Rockstar Employee: But don't we literally do that in every ga-

Stretch also betrayed, also that Balla gangster also betrayed in GTA 5.
Steve Hainez didnt really betray as he never was an ally or friend. He was someone who had Michael and Trevor by their balls. He promised to be done with us after couple of crap we did for him but as expected he didnt let us just be(Lester and Michael guessed and said this while tracking that mop cleaner for the Firefighter mission in FIB building).
0:04 is that a PUBG supply crate on the right???
Ashley playing with Trevor is also an underrated betrayal, and at last when Johnny K. was blown off to death, look at her, so pathetic.....
When someone is acting cool on you, is a sign of betrayal
Except Woozie
He act very cool and stayed with you since CJ allied with him
@@WindowsDoor yeah u right fosou
