- These Easy Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies only require 4 simple ingredients and are ready in less than 30 minutes. These cookies are the perfect easy Valentine's Day treat or for any occasion!

Ingredients
✅ 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
✅1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
✅2 Eggs
✅1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
➡️Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
➡️In a large mixing bowl, cake mix, oil, and eggs and mix until fully combined.
➡️Fold in the white chocolate chips until well combined.
➡️Using a medium cookie scoop, add cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Do not overcrowd as the cookies will spread.
➡️Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are set.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack.
I made these today, and I have to say, these are my favorite cookies! I did not use white chocolate chips and they were still bomb! Thanks for the recipe!

Did you use the same brand of red velvet cake mix like hers? Because if you didn't, there is a chance that your brand doesn't contain as much mix in the packaging. If that is the case, it means that you have to use a different amount of eggs and oil.
