Adjust the air flow coming from the compressor to direct more air towards seed side. The red Y shaped pipe have flap that you can adjust it should help
I am very happy with my Avatar. It sounds like your machine is new, try to mix in some talk so it flows better, combined with the higher wind speed. If this does not solve your problems try contacting Horsch directly, they are eager to help. (Their also might be something on the distribution tower do adjust).
Hi. Understand 100% the problem and your frustration. How many kg/ha do you sow ? Does a lower sowing rate help ? If you can post a video when everything is working properly i will watch it too.
As of now we sow 350kg broad beans and 150kg fertilizer at 4600 ventilator speed going about 10 km/h, even though we can go 12km/h by their measurements. As of now my only fix for it to increase air to max 5000 working speed. Don't get me wrong I am 100% sure it will work perfect with small cultures. Later on will post what you are asking :) just need to edit it.
@@Danilovzz350 kilograms is a lot of material. I don't think it helps the seed flow that the hoses are placed horizontally. Does it always block on the same hoses ? If the hoses were placed at an angle all the way, it would be better. Bad design.
I can sympathise with this, blocked pipes are an absolute nightmare. Used to have this issue on beans too with Avatar 12.25 Only way I cured it was upping the wind. Used to run the fan at 4500-5000 RPM most of the time, even in cereals. Also keeping the revs up on the tractor. John Deere doesn’t have a priority flow spool valve it just prioritises which ever one is in use. As I would lift the drill at headlands the fan speed would drop and the seeds would block.
so i´m from germany and we have a 9m Pronto. We seed beans and the classic Cultures with it and it works perfectly fine maybe the Avatar is just trash haha.
Pronto is slightly different machine, but do use double hopper with fertilizer and seeds or just purely seeds? Since beans are smaller than broad beans it will go through more easier.
As of now utilization of 11h of work is 50% working, 50% fixing and filling hopper combined.

Did you tried to mix the seeds with talc? Then the seeds are going to slide better in the hoses.
What is the dealer or horsch saying

Maybe later on my opinion on horse shait will change but as of now I am not impressed. Even though it's considered as best no-till machine.

@@obrtbajac it blocks on random hoses, yeah design wise its not ideal. Avatar 12m from that point wins with design overall.
@@Danilovzz Try to go slower, that's 500 kg material, it's pretty much for that wind to transport it...

We have pronto 4m year 2008. When we are seeding beans it is also blocking and it is annoying.
