      if you see people are burning hijabs due to moral policing that one strain of hair is visible. this guy supporting those people who are putting restrictions on people.

    2. Article 14 applied(equality of opportunity)
    3. Be better prepared then anyone else(industry)
    4. Be pleasant to people (listen to everyone)
    5. Give respect to the Chair
    6. Courage with conviction
    7. See opportunity than money
    8. Understand the emotive element to understand law(why, for whom, why necessary)
    9. Warm to your colleagues and clients ( understand your clients)
    10. Human who is sensitive

    Brief notes on litigation by Mr Kapil Sibal
    a. Law creates relationship and regulates it.
    b. Better prepared than opponents, know the brief forward and backwards. Only way to win.
    c. Be polite with everyone i.e opponent, clerks, clients and judges.
    d. Always go for opportunity not the money, don’t ask about money and get the case.
    e. There is always conflict between human conduct and law;
    f. Read the statue and try to under stand the necessity of law, what relationship is been created and regulations of relationship.
    g. Be warm person that is be helpful, funny.
    h. Be human being with sensitivity; always have open mind that is always question your premise. Open mind means try to understand the opinion and argument of others.
    i. You always need a ladder means support of others is necessary and than give back your supporters.

To be a good human being, understanding your clients well and no anger, appreciate your opponent when there is good point raised even by the court, take up as a service to people and our nation are all good advise to advocates.
