What a surprise, sales are falling, I have said this many times, currently wages don't support current real estate prices, forget interest rates, they don't matter if buyers don't have the cash and down payment to purchase, house prices doubled in the last number of years, average wage increase 2% per your, this is unsustainable!! Period!!!! No one wants to be house poor!!
