    He just doesn't get it. He was initially picked up on warrants for unpaid driving tickets. They found meth and he resisted, those are new charges. Apparently the tickets were dismissed or the warrants were quashed because he appeared due to being in custody or he paid the tickets, I don't know. Maybe they were even erroneous, maybe he had paid the tickets or they were dismissed for some other reason. But the police had a valid reason to pick him up. He seems to think that because those tickets are gone, the cases for possession of meth and resisting the officers should just be dismissed. That's not how it works. Unless you can prove that the officers SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that they didn't have a valid reason to arrest him AT THE TIME, they acted appropriately and he had no right to resist. Also any evidence gathered subsequent to the arrest is admissible. This case isn't about the traffic tickets whatsoever.

    • @StandardGoose
      @StandardGoose 8 днів тому +1

      It's like he thinks the tickets being dismissed makes them finding the meth into fruit of the poisoned tree or something. If he's even thinking clearly enough to form an argument as cogent as that. He's obviously wrong, of course.

    4th or more repeat offender should never be offered away in a plea. Such a poor prosecutor. And if someone shows such contempt for every attorney they have, and the prosecutor, and the cops, and the judge, no offer should be made except plead guilty as charged and we will stand silent at parole hearing.

    The fact that he only has to find $500 to bond out and in 4 months no family members have scrounged that up says it all. It also pisses me off that he keeps using his son as a sympathy card. Your son is trying to graduate, im sure his meth head father has been nothing but a source of embarrassment for the poor kid. At a minimum, he hasnt been a financial or moral support. My sympathy is zero for this "father"

    Why do people act so rude and show no respect and when they are told to be respectful, they think their civil rights are being trampled on? I have seen similar expressions from different videos. I agree that the justice system isn't perfect and some people fall through the cracks and have an unfair experience in the court system. The people I have seen who complain like this do not fall into that category. Just adds more white noise for those who are in that circumstance.
