I couldn’t answer that as there are so many airlines I have not flown on yet to give an honest answer. I can tell you some of my favorite meals though. I recently had a curry on a flight with Virgin Atlantic that was good, also a short rib on Delta that was great. One of the nicest meals I had was beef cheeks on British airways in first. Iberia served a vey nice meal on a flight from Madrid to London. Swiss is also one that I like but that was a couple of years ago.
I’ve never seen a positive review of BA’s A380’s, Business/First Class or anything else concerning them at all! Speaking from extensive BA experience, you should opt for other airlines if you can and must

@CrisFirstWeFly the benefit of business class travel is the lie flat comfort for sleeping. Is it comfortable? Does it come with a mattress topper for added comfort? Is the linen decent quality? Were you given pajamas or slippers? Was the amenity bag acceptable? There are so many aspects of Business Class travel to consider, not just one food item that didn't meet your expectations. Where the staff attentive during the flight? Were snacks available in the galley?
Thank you for taking the time to explain what you are missing! I really appreciate your feedback. I can take more time to voice my thoughts on the seat and crew for instance I will take that onboard. It is however not my intention to become a hardcore airline reviewer or be someone to throw a 40 minute fit because a staff member looked at me the wrong way :) others do that far better than I could. I’m documenting my travels with my partner, I think we are fortunate to do and see certain things and I want to document that and I happen to be an aviation geek and know something about food, so that is a going to be a big part of it. It is a work in progress, I started a year ago the concept has changed a dozen times but slowly are getting there but it takes months for the videos to catch up. Do stick around or come back in the future and let me know how I’m doing!
Sorry to hear it comes across like that, not my intention there were a lot of positives and thank you for your comment. But I do want to be honest. Tickets are not cheap so I do think one can be critical and specific and not generalise.

They are investing 2 billion in the coming years was announced the other day. Its needed, it went from my favorite airport to one I don’t get on with.
