The place where Todd and Jessie buried the woman is called the Bitsi Badlands (pronounced bit see) and yes it is very eerie and has always reminded me of another planet. The land has a high uranium content and almost nothing grows there, there is no cell phone coverage and just seems like death and very desolate. And is about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from where Todd's apartment in Albuquerque. That means Jessie was in the bed of that El Camino with the dead woman for at least two and a half hours. It is in a very remote part of Northwest New Mexico on the Navajo reservation. Its not super far from where the train heist took place.
I love the bit with the faucet when Jesse gets in his parents’ house. It not only shows that he cares enough to turn it off for them, it also shows they left to help him so quickly they didn’t realize it was left on. Jesse and his family have such a complex and sad relationship, I wish we had a bit more of them in the series. Especially his brother.
The scene with Todd singing Spending the Night Together had me DYING the first time I watched. I was like "what the hell is even happening right now?" 🤣
The scene with Walt and Jesse wasn't before Tuco lol. The scene takes place just after they came back from their 4 days cooking trip. So s2e09. So way after Tuco was dead.
ohh man you guys would like Barry, even if after better call saul, i would love to see your reactions to it. finale is next week and ive never been more stoked for a finale
Delicious edit, was literally typing and running to bathroom thinking its the vid about cooking sandwiches from the history list idk how it jumped here
I know a lot of people thought it was unnecessary or not good, but I really enjoyed the movie. I especially loved the beginning with Badger and Skinny Pete. They start off SO annoying in. the beginning of BB, then they kinda grow on you. But here you really see how much they actually do care about Jesse. It's a little sad this is likely the last time they ever saw him, TBH.
Looking forward to BCS and enjoyed your reaction to EL CAMINO. BCS was a bit a of a slow burner for me but by the time I was done it became one of my favourites of all time. Peace guys.
Honestly, of all the reaction duo’s out there, you guys are perfect. I really enjoy your insights and how down to earth you both are. Looking forward to Saul. Also, I would like to recommend the series: Severance from Apple TV. One season done and another in the chamber. Easily the most unique show you may ever see. Anyway, thanks for the work and glad you’re feeling better, brother.
I think "He's such a murderous dork" is the best I've ever heard Todd described. Great reaction as always guys, can't wait for Better Call Saul. It's a slow burn but you guys will love it
It’s awesome to see you guys react to this film. It may not be a needed story, but I like that we got confirmation that Jesse indeed has as much of a happy ending that he could get after everything he went through in Breaking Bad and is able to get away with a new identity. Great performances in this, the writing and directing is well done. Great to see returning faces and while some like to point out that Jesse Plemons is bigger than he was on Breaking Bad, whenever I’ve watched the film from beginning to end, I’m so immersed in the world I don’t really think about it until it’s over. Of course that’s me, but he still played Todd as if it hadn’t been 6 years that he hadn’t played the character, same with Aaron Paul, Bryan Cranston, Jonathan Banks, Krysten Ritter and many more. Of course Jonathan Banks was still Mike on Better Call Saul at this point, but everyone else we’re familiar with picked up as if they just finished an episode last week before shooting El Camino. Robert Forester sadly passed away the day this movie came out, so this is one of his last performances of his career. Still did a great job though. The scene with Walt is right after they were stuck in the desert for a few days and Tuco was already gone and needed someone else to move what they already made, so it’s just before they met Gus. This is as great of an epilogue as you could get for Jesse. Great reactions guys, be cool to see you guys watch Better Call Saul next. Take care!
Midway through BB when I was thinking about how I wanted it to end, I had thought I wanted to see Jesse riding off into the sunset. I was disappointed with how they left it. Anything could have happened. This was a nice ending, finally, closure.
I loved watching the reaction I love how much symbolism there is with the clothing and the dogs even it really shows Jesse’s growth and how he changes throughout I wish they made a series showing what happened to Jessie after the events of El Camino but Vince did a great job of everything he has made and even though it’s sadly the end for the whole breaking bad plot it still gives closure the best way possible to a wonderful show and movie
Somewhere at the tail end of it actually (chronologically, it would go between the scene where they finally manage to get the RV back running and the one where Jesse drops Walt back at the airport).
I just watched BCS season 6 and am blown away, literally after 6x07! What a fantastic prequel to a fantastic show!! Amazing writing and another favorite of mine next to TWD!
When Jessw first gets his apartment from Jane, when he invites combo, skinny and badger to the apartment to talk business, badger and skinny said he should get "zero gravity chairs and a kick-ass flat screen" and Skinny and badger did infact buy the stuff, probably with the cash Walt gave them during the finale, they got $10-50k each, and you said yourself that the cash jesse got from skinny and badge was from Walt
No one ever mentions the continuity error of Jesses cable track at the compound. I’m the running scene it’s said he’s already ran once. So this is after “Granite State” but the track was already up and functional when he was first brought to the compound in “Ozymandias”
I don't think it's a continuity error. Neil wasn't brought there to install the cable track but to further secure it. They figured it was necessary considering Jesse already tried to run away once.
dud I remember typing delicious on a yt short that has a very nice sandwich in it 😭🤣 I have no idea how the comment jumped here I watched this yesterday
You can clearly see in the last shootout everything he learned The mindgames of mike The sharp tricks of walt Threating like hes a psych like gus, tuco and all the enermys he had. And even if everything go wrong he keeps his calm and use both hands calmy to shoot his pistol While his enemy use one hand for the weapon. Jesse just went through everything!
Yeah, that figurine is definitely Lydia riding around her Stevia-sweetened Chamomile Tea teacup while figurine Todd looks on in pure devotion. I think there’s a deleted scene somewhere that explains that Todd’s hobby is crafting & hand-painting these little figurines. Apparently, someone on the Breaking Bad writing staff was worried that the some segment of the audience was uncertain over whether Todd was just about the creepiest, most off-putingly weird-while-seeming-superficially-normal psychopath in the known Universe, and so made sure that every second of his flashback scenes in El Camino clarified the point. And yeah, I used to really like that song playing over the radio that Todd sings along to as well. …Used to.
Love the reaction guys! This movie is like an extra long episode added towards the end and it's great that way. When this movie was announced, many people expected some crazy "Breaking bad" movie. The scene with Walter White at the diner was right after their "9 days out" episode in which they had cooked all that meth. This was of course after Tuco.
*Jesse Plemons* got lot of Stick for doing this movie with being overweight & Not agreeing to exercise to be the character of Young lean *Todd* of Breaking Bad Season 5 If you ask me, Its not even Jesse Plemons fault, I feel like the makers took lot of time to develop a script If you see Jesse Plemons in Show "Fargo" his body is exactly same in El Camino but it was an Phenomenal performance by him I Say this again *YOU WILL LOVE OVERWEIGHT JESSE PLEMONS IN FARGO TV SHOW!!!* As a matter of fact there are lot of actors from "Better Call Saul" & "Dexter" in FARGO TV show *You heard it first from me!*

I don’t think there was any evidence on the vacuum guy. Remember, he was super under the radar . Plus ..Jesse being a very wanted man , I don’t take the feds would be quick to buy to his unsubstantiated story.
Well theoretically if that did happen and the cleaner just said ok expose me and Jesse did he’d be screwed too I mean he’d been on the run with no good idea and plan of how do hide like how Saul did
Good to see you boys back, and it's good to see your burning hatred of Todd remains intact. Not many people did, but I kind of liked Todd as a character. So many psychopaths are written to be bloodthirsty or jaded, so it's nice to switch things up with a casual, carefree psycho. Other than that, I quite liked this movie because it's nice to see the fallout of Heisenberg's actions, both with Jesse and the state. He can't ever fix his old life, but he can work on starting anew.
Did you guys notice all the snow globes that Todd has? They are all crazy looking one is of him with Lydia on his lap one is like somebody dying it's like he made them all himself

A lot of people think that Jesse should have looked skinny and malnourished being locked up the way he was but I feel like it makes sense that he would be thicker and bulkier because they had him do a lot of work around there lifting things moving things around and doing the cook all by himself and keeping all those machines tanks clean he was their actual slave even in the finale of Breaking Bad he had already bulled up a bit. Actually at the very end of the finale when Walter is checking out the lab he is not only happy to see it again because that was his pride but you can see he was proud how clean Jesse kept it in those conditions Jesse kept what he learned from him he kept the place clean when he looks at himself in the reflection of the tank and he looks all distorted there are no smudges or prints on the tank and Jesse had just been finishing up a batch

I believe 911 only calls you right back and doesn't let you off the phone if it's an actual emergency him just telling them that a guy won't leave his store I don't think counts as an emergency
Yeah I think hearing the way they announced it on the radio a school teacher found dead Walter White I'm sure that brought him back to who he really used to be his old teacher and he was a student and it turned out Jessie ended up being his prize student the only one to learn and be able to cook his blue meth at 96.2 percent Jesse didn't fail his class this time he aced it but at a cost
Had I been Jesse there is no way I would be putting myself at risk. So the disappearer guy would be getting an ultimatum. Sort me out or you are dead. He's a frail old man and totally helpless. I dunno why Jesse jumped through those hoops for him. I wouldnt.
Yea because threatening the one person that can help you and that you know nothing about other than they own a vacuum repair shop and can make you disappear would be the smart thing to do. Jesse couldn't call the cops and if he killed the guy that brings more heat and he definitely isn't going to be able to change his identity. On top of that if the guy did it out of threats he could easily turn Jesse over to the cops by leaving Jesse hidden in whatever apparatus and letting them know where he is. I don't think you thought this out.
@@clarenceworley3714 Yeah that's why the expression 'There's no honor among thieves' doesn't make sense in all circumstances. I just realized that their relationship is very similar to Theon Greyjoy and Ramsey Snow. Jesse is basically Reek. It’s disgusting. And sick. but we know what happens to Todd. He gets his just due.
Jesse wants to kill him so bad right there with that gun but he knows if Todd goes missing Uncle Jack will be looking for him and he will for sure go kill Brock
Yes it's true, Mars as depicted via rover is fake. All the images show geography and mountain formations identical to that of Devon island, off the coast of Greenland. Some rover footage even catches a little critter resembling a Lemming which are very populous on Devon island. Great reaction BTW. I love you guys. Can't wait for BCS
Let me guess: one of the main reasons the Mars footage has to be fake is because Mars can’t be a separate planet with some similarities to Earth because Earth is flat and not an actual round planet at all, right?

Also, 16:28 had me in tears 😂

Best reactions of Breaking Bad & El Camino i've seen, cant wait for you to watch Better Call Saul it's amazing

Now better call Saul time personally I prefer it over breaking bad
Yeah I rate it slightly higher as well.
I doubt one shower is gonna brake a gun. The only thing water can really do to a modern gun is rust it.

@Brian Gonigal No its because the geological formations are identical to the known formations of Devon island.
