- Chronic neck pain or cervical pain may occur due to many reasons from bad posture to weak neck muscles to disc issues to osteoporosis to strain. YLWT technique is something I have been practicing and teaching that can help in fixing posture, strengthening the neck muscle. Regular Yoga can help to keep your cervical region very strong.

It is very important to start from what is comfortable. May be just 5 breaths and slowly you may increase the number of breaths, eventually reaching 20 long breaths for one technique. The exercises may be challenging but the results are rewarding.

Thanks a lot Mayur!I was diagnosed with ostheohondrosis on my neck,which is quite painful often! I looked in Shorts for some video on this subject and i'm happy to find this one! I just did the exercises for the first time and felt a relief already! I enjoy all your videos (the ones in Hindi including!😊,although i miss a bit some translation,but still catch the sense).
