I think everyone should spend at least 6 months in high sec just getting their bearings before engaging in any of the risky activities noted. The game is rife with theft and bullying.
that 71 one is for sure something you need to be carefull of, got an invite to fleet when i was making my first undock from jita and i got an invite to a fleet from someone i didn't knew, this couldn't have smelled any fishier so i obviously rejected, be careful guys
yes, the list can and will continue, actually during my research I found more than 100 scams, I was really hoping for like 15-20 just to make a small nice video like 15 Noob mistakes and how to avoid them, finding so many came as a big surprise ...

never accept unexpected/fishy suggestions/invites. If you join something it needs to be because YOU have initiated that.
