@@BoatzUK put a 3 HP air cooled diesel in it, if you have a prop shaft. It can do steering and excellent generation. There's no through hulls or watered exhaust to leak. I made a dripless prop shaft seal in 1 inch.
@BoatzUK Situan Sifa MB168F. It has a 20 MM shaft. I honed a sleeve for 20 MM to one inch and put a 7 inch pulley on it. You want to mount the engine on plate aluminum not steel, and it's reasonable to make an aluminum wood aluminum sandwich base. A 10 SI is a great alternator and you only push it to 40 amps. I devised a separate small pulley to a hydraulic pump, valves, then driven pump. Extremely low diesel consumption.

Well i payed a bit more for mine 1500 euros. 8 meter double ender ( Allegro 27 ) in super condition. I sailed her 6 months this year, now she is in middle of Germany , and i will go back to mowe down to Holland. Boats in Sweden are cheap. The only invest i have made ,was buying good polish / and cleaner.bEngine freshwatercooled Ysnmar 2 Gm. . I had a Vivacity 20 during the 70ties in Sweden. Had a lot of fun with her !

Hey, yes Matt has been working away for the last 7 months with the band and currently in America I think, so work has stopped until he gets some time off, there has been some progress in the background as he has had one of the lads at the marina sand the entire hull ready for a new paint job, I will pop a video out of the progress when I am in the yard so you can see where he is up too, but it’s definitely still ongoing ⛵️⛵️⛵️🙏

The trailer can carry 1080kg and the boat is only about 700kg currently but will be borderline when fitted out ⛵️⛵️
