- Orville Nix was a witness to the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963. His filming of the event is considered nearly as important as the more famous Abraham Zapruder film.
Nix worked for the General Services Administration as an air conditioning engineer in the former Terminal Annex building on the south side of Dealey Plaza. He filmed with an 8 mm movie camera, first from the southwest corner of Main and Houston streets, then from the south side of Main Street 50 feet (15 m) west of Houston, then from a point about another 50 feet west.[4] The footage contains three scenes: the motorcade entering Dealey Plaza, the last shot of the assassination in front of the grassy knoll along Elm Street, and the panic and confusion afterward.
The Nix film was obtained as a result of a notice that the FBI gave to film processing plants in the Dallas area, that the FBI would be interested in obtaining or knowing about any film they processed relating to the assassination. When Nix heard about this from his processor, he delivered the film to the FBI office in Dallas on December 1, 1963. It was returned to him three days later.
United Press International purchased the copyright for $5,000 and took possession of the original film from Nix on December 6, 1963. UPI distributed frame enlargements to its news subscribers the following day. The original was examined by the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1978. When UPI returned the copyright and all its copies to the Nix family in 1992, the original film was missing.
Nix stated that the film he received back was not identical to the one that he shot. He told Mark Lane that at the time of the assassination, he believed that the shots came from behind the fence on the grassy knoll, but was later told that conclusive proof existed that shots only came from the Texas School Book Depository and that he was convinced by this.
film gets lost in a processing plant, film gets returned missing frames. how could these be accidents. on the level of importance, and the resources of all law enforcement involved, every single piece of evidence and testimony would have been handled and scrutinized beyond any case that had existed since the assassination of Lincoln.
Those things were not presented realistically and correctly to you in the conspiracy books or docs that you saw.

@@someoneunseen5168 He said some frames here and there may have gotten damaged and were therefore missing. He didn't sound like he thought it was suspicious. He, like many, thought the shots sounded like they came from the fence area (many thought the TSBD area) - but at the end he said he believes they came form the TSBD because there's proof that they did come from there.
Because of the acoustics in Dealey Plaza, many thought the 3 shots came from the underpass / fence end andf many thought they camer form the TSBD end of the Plaza. We all know which of those 2 ends has the proof and which doesn't.
It was always good for one’s health and well-being to agree wholeheartedly with the Warren Report.

The limo was special like 007. The president's seat could be elevated up or down. Someone saw four puffs of smoke emanating from the limo. Also agents retrieved something from the trunk. They were destroying blood evidence almost immediately. Press was ordered to the back that day. 🤔

Orville Nix said his film got lost at the processing plant. I can't imagine a film of this significance and importance being lost and not guarded very closely by the SS. Mr. Nix said when his film was returned to him it seemed to have some frames missing and did not show what the camera original film showed. He indicated that the film he got back from the government was different from the original. That is very suspicious in itself especially coming from the person who filmed and saw the camera original. I think he's telling the truth.

It's vastly implausible anybody would ever assume they would frame this on a lone shooter while firing away from multiple directions with different guns.

You made this up. I just looked at the film several times, and the only indication of a reaction I see is the motorcycle cops looking to their right toward the grassy knoll.

You made this up as well. The CE 399 bullet was compared and judged to be from the Mannlicher-Carcano. The other bullet fragments were too broken up to be sure.

Parkland doctors also described an entrance wound in the throat below the Adam's apple, and a large gaping wound to his head in the right posterior area immediately following the assassination.

There were also many witnesses (who weren't called on by the WC) that firmly said the shots came from "behind the fence."
Clearly the intelligence agencies responsible for having killed Kennedy were notified of the Nix film by those that were processing it and confiscated it before it was returned to Nix the edited version with frames missing that revealed the location of the shooter in the storm drain left curb at the base of the stairwell. The Muchmore film if it had not also been spliced and edited would show the muzzle flash from the storm drain. Shadows were added and darkened to hide the storm drain and the storm drain and the frames containing the headshot sequence were spliced and altered to remove the view of the storm drain in the Muchmore film and conceal the fact that the headshot had been fired from the front and a second shooter had been allowed to go free.
@jefferyforkum380 There's no evidence any assassination film was ever altered by anyone. The plain fact that each of the many copies of the Z-film matches all the others as well as the original, proves beyond any doubt that no alterations were made.

@@stddisclaimer8020 I can show you a clipped image from the Nix film that has an added shadow that falls in a location that is IMPOSSIBLE and is verifiable evidence of an added edit in the Nix film. It was done for the purpose of tricking the viewer eyes as to what was actually filmed and make the shadows as dark as the added black paint to the storm drain left of the curb at the bottom of the stairwell for the purpose of hiding the storm drain from having been viewed in the remaining images that were not clipped and showed a view of the curb left of the sidewalk at the base of the stairwell. So, go spread your propaganda somewhere else. You are either an employee of the criminal families that inhabit WADC and the federal government, or you are simply brainwashed by the vast amount of disinformation and propaganda dropped by them after 1963 to conceal the truth.

The films that are available for public viewing clearly show evidence of tampering with images and splices where frames were removed and edited images added.
Any person that denies that evidence is either receiving an income supplied by a government agency that is in threat of being eliminated if the truth were know, or they are a blind idiot!

I'm amazed so many ppl say they heard 3 shots, when we know from evidence of fragments and broken windows, one each in JFK and one I Connolly. I've heard footage of 4 shots with the whistling splice through the air that comes with it. But I've also heard the exact same in 5 clear shots, yes, two of those are in close succession, and the final 5th. There is sound on Helmer's upload. It's of 3. I feel the sounds have been cut short. But I'm standing by the 5 I heard. Others could've been silenced.

A motorcycle policeman in the motorcade has a stuck microphone button for his police radio. The Dallas Police Department was recording radio transmissions.
The HSCA committeemail of the US House of Representatives wrote about that in their full report.
I've heard thenough audio. The Dallas Police or someone they hired "cleaned" up the noise "to help us hear the gunshots" but what they couldn't clean up at the time were 2 gunshots almost on top of one another, bringing that total to 4.

Three shots heard by most, three cartridges in the Sniper's Nest, One bullet shattered in car, one bullet found in car complete, other bullet not found. Oswald's rifle was found in fifteen minutes by police at the other end of the building on the Sixth Floor from the Sniper's Nest outside the stairwell.
1.One bullet in Kennedy's back, 2. one bullet went into Connelly and then shattered his wrist, and lodged in his thigh (Connelly always insisted that Kennedy was hit before he turned to look back at him in an well known interview, so the "magic bullet" theory doesn't work also, check the Zapruder film). 3. One bullet completely missed the car shattered on a curb and nicked a bystander (Warren Report) 4. One bullet hit Kennedy in the front of his neck, entry wound (Parkland Emergency Doctors). 5. One bullet hit Kennedy in the head. That's 5. Oliver Stone actually got it right.
What Connally always insisted, in reality, was that he wasn't hit by the 1st shot; he turned to look at Kennedy but did not see him and didn't know 1st hand if he'd been hit or not. Check it out. His wife Nellie thought she saw Kennedy react after the 1st shot, but maybe it was after the 1st shot she heard.
Watch that unmistakable reaction on Connally's part when Kennedy's arms go up. Connally's face said it all.

j) Nobody planting a bogus bullet at the hospital within one hour of the shooting could possibly have known a bullet needed planting at all or that he wasn't simply planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot.

We know that Zapruder himself was present when his camera-original film was developed. And that Zapruder was present when the three first- generation copies were made. There was simply no time at all to "fake" the original film prior to the three first-generation copies being made. That should be enough, but there's more. in 1996, Roland Zavada, a former product engineer for Kodak, and the world’s leading expert on Kodak 8mm Kodachrome ll film, was requested by the Assassination Records Review Board to undertake a thorough technical study of the Zapruder Film. Zavada concluded that there was no detectable evidence of manipulation or image alteration on the Zapruder in-camera original. And another conspiracy theory bites the dust.

Have you ever looked into Prescott Bush? He was a principal of Union Bank, they were a lender of record to the Nazi Party. Prescott and fellow Skull and Bones members were key in soliciting Truman to create the CIA from the remnants of the OSS (side note : FDR had wanted Henry Wallace as his VP again, the cigar room decided otherwise but in fact, FDR almost got his choice at the Convention (Oliver Stone and Peter Kuznick detail that)).
Prescott's son would become Director of the CIA under Ford... It's a very small world for some.
