Hello Everyone, Hope you're all doing fine! This video was made a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, I couldn’t create a new one today due to some personal issues. Hopefully, you’ll still enjoy this one, and I’ll see you in the next video soon. Stay tuned!
What happened to my comment: "Yes, in these years the Norwegian Dragon Style (Dragestil) together with the great neo-romantic painters (Nyromantikken, derived from naturalism with a touch of impressionism, after all Claude Monet visited Lysakerkretsen, a group of Neo-Romantics, where he fell in love with Kolsåstoppen Hill, which reminded him of Mount Fuji) and the third wave of Pietism, originating from Hans Nielsen Hauge, maybe the most important Norwegian ever, merged into a higher unity. I absolutely adore our Dragestil architecture, our neo-romantic painters and the spirit of late pietism. Now we only build soulless boxes, with a few exceptions the art is abstract and makes me feel nothing, and today's Christianity is just a reflection of liberal woke culture. The countryside is suburbanized as well, people live scattered around in the once homogenous cultural landscape, driving like crazy all day long, from zone to zone, like in American suburbs. And our nature is sold out for wind power plants, making Norway the balance battery for Europe. People seems like zombies, I'm honestly not able to make contact with any of them. So I'm not able to understand how we ended up here, from the Golden Age of 1885-1914?"
I mostly agree with this screed. Except in the U.S. the Christians aren’t part of the woke mob, they are the conservative right wing that worships Trump.
God is who you're missing. The very best that life has to offer is to love God and each other; sin gets in the way. Spend quality time with God daily by listening to the Bible and singing worship songs out loud.
You make a classic mistake here, jumping from observations of facts that certain older ideas people used to prop their egos up with have been largely shown to be sorely lacking, and then just... stopping. You can make that choice, but that's only one of most likely neigh infinite options, and one that seems rather silly, as well as obviously unhealthy.

In our age we're dissing philosophers. But in reality, thru democratization of thought, we're living the anguish of past philosophers.
It doesn't feel really that empty what are you guys talkin about?
Promoting religion! 🙄

Due to absurd levels of UA-cam censorship I am leaving this comment instead of the comment I would like to leave.

You are looking for something that doesn't exist
It did between 1885-1914.
Something that no longer exists.
