It was designed specifically for South-East Asian UNESCO World Heritage site managers, archiving experts, and archivists from national archiving agencies.

Participants focused on real case studies from World Heritage Sites in Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand: the Koh Ker Archaeological Site of Ancient Lingapura or Chok Gargyar, the Borobudur Temple Compounds, and the Historic City of Ayutthaya.
The participants also learned directly from experts who contributed to the Getty Conservation Institute, UNESCO Memory of the World Committee for the Asia-Pacific (MOWCAP), International Council of Archives (ICA) and Caravane Earth.
