Sounds like this contractor that was hired to work on the rental we live in, Alfred here in Houston, replaced back patio cover, still leaks and is angled so bad the gutter installer refused to put up gutters because he didn’t want his work to be associated with it because it was so bad, actually did more damage than they fixed to the rest of the house!! They broke the master bath toilet, been waiting 18 months for land lord to fix it!!🤬🤬🤬

😯 sad story but as a homeowner, I'm shocked at the amount of people that give a check to someone and let them walk out, on a whim and a promise. Business is not conducted like that. I have always paid for the work AFTER the job is done.
