A lot of the issues in my case were resolved due to some personal contacts, but here are some general tips. 1. Police can't call you at the station without formal notice. A lot of time people who have some contacts try to harass you, file a fraudulent FIR which may not be officially registered, and they may involve police, who may call you and you may get scared, but they can't call you to the station without making it official and giving you a notice. 2. Most of the issues I've run into have been with lawyers for some reason. I also have a legal background, but fighting against lawyers can get complicated. One should still not get scared, and get a good lawyer for themself. If you're right, they can't do anything against you. 3. If you run into any issue on road, ensure that you take photos or videos beforehand. The first FIR against me didn't hold up as I had taken photos which proved the statements in FIR false, and during the 2nd FIR that year, I also had to just go to the station and state the facts. Just having an FIR against you doesn't mean its necessarily serious, and unless you've committed a serious crime, the police can't do anything. Have a lawyer friend in your contact list. Just talking to a lawyer will ensure that the police doesn't try to do anything against the rules. 4. Behave politely with the police, even if you think they're wrong, but also don't get unnecessarily scared. 5. Really try to avoid court cases, they take time, energy, and money. But also don't get too avoidant of the process and get pressured into doing something you wouldn't do otherwise.
The Tribit does have more bass, and in this test it's a bit exaggerated because passive radiator is pointed towards mic, but details are also present. The sound from Tribit is also reflected sound rather than directional sound from JBL, so even if there is a slight difference in perceived detail, it's in no way boomy or muffled. You're probably listening on gear that's not good enough, or you just want to troll. Just rechecked with my $2000 Headphone and $2000 DAC/Amp, and overall, the Tribit still sounds better when you listen to the whole frequency spectrum.
Kid, it's not only about only sound. It's about the long run, it's about stability. It's about assurance, and it's about something which you can never change " years of experience"
Wow, those are some of the least convincing arguments that I've read. Even 6 year old Anker speaker that I have has been working great, and Tribit also has a great track record for long lasting devices, which you can read on Amazon reviews. If you need to buy a specific brands product because of emotional issues, you can of course go ahead, (I did say that JBL is also a good product).
Do value your ideology, but a sound device's quality is primarily its sound quality. Speaker's drivers work well if mostly you listen upto 60-70% volume. Battery might need early replacement in such new brands but that again depends on usage.
