Phil, I have watched other channels for years and have been subbed to your channel for a short time. I think you had less than 200 subs when I subscribed. Yet I had 4 or 5 different channels to watch in my playlist and I clicked on yours first. There's something about a hard working ordinary guy that keeps us coming back to see what you get into next. I predict you will do very well with your new found hobby ( you tube). Keep having fun. We like it 👍👍
Thanks you got me pegged im about as ordinary as they come an the only rule i have is to always have fun ., Ive ben known to get my self into some perdy good predicaments but i always find a way to get threw em with a smile an a good laugh . We thank you for watching and commenting and hope to here from you again .
Hello Phil its great seeing you and your brother working as a team. It’s always nice to have that helping hand. I thought it would take you until the end of June to reach that 1000 subscriber mark but at the pace you are going that will probably happen by next week. I’m sure everyone is enjoying your videos as much as me and people that jump in for a view are joining the subscribers. Thanks again for the entertainment.
Thanks Don O . We never figured any of this would happen this fast . I think we are going to have to step up our game now that all these new people are watching . It sure puts a smile on our faces every morning when we see the numbers grow an gives us that extra drive to make the next video even better .
Hey Phil. Im impressed buddy. Looked like it was a good day and ended with a fire at night awesome. Your channel is growing nicely, good things happen to good people, appreciate ya. Kenny
Hard to believe but the guy is only 17 yrs old and has had a road side firewood stand for 5 yrs now . I only got to meet his parents because every time i made a delivery he was either in school at drivers ed or at his part time job . Kinda reminds me of your boy always thinking an always hard at it .
Glad to see you recovered from the splitter challenge. Shoot me an e-mail. That guy has his work cut out for him bundling all that up! Can you ever have enough saws?
LOL all i needed was a cold mt dew an i was good . Would you believe that guy that ordered that 10 cord is only 17 yrs old and this is his 5th yr having a roadside stand right outside one of the biggest camp grounds in the area .I just want one of the new saws that dont vibrate my hands as much
@@AllenFamilyFirewood I was thinking about your Brother but now that you mention it Andrew Easton could be a big help as well. I’ll put both their names on the wish list. Lol
Yup your right back to the wood yard always lots to do an all this rain now is going to slow things down . I might just sneak off to camp for a couple days while its raining
Thanks for subscribing an watching . My buddy over at smore firewood did the build for us .We wanted to up grade the splitter we had into something fast and incorporate a log lift into it and make it so it was a stand alone splitter and not run off the tractor . If you look at are earlier videos you can see the splitter before it was redone into what it is now . Thanks again for the comment .
Thanks i always figured i needed to earn every ones subscription so we try hard every day to put out a great video that everyone will like and show some of the crazy stuff that happens to us every day . Rule # 1 in our wood yard is every one has FUN . Thanks for watching and commenting
My buddy Dana re did the splitter ive had for 40 yrs into what you see now . You can see the build on his channel its called Smore Firewood . Dana is a wiz at welding an fabricating stuff an knows all there is to know about hydraulics . He has a splitter called orange crush that he built a few yrs ago on his channel as well . I wanted a fast vertical splitter an thats what i got lol
We do ok . Im kinda old school an like to be different lol . We just redid the splitter i am using ive ben using that splitter since i was a kid but now its alot faster an has a log lift . We do alot of bundle wood so i like being able to make the pieces nice an square and small . By going to a automated system like a wood processer i would lose control over making nice small splits all the same size . I think if i was doing mostly heating wood then no doubt something like a big easton made with a 6 or 8 way would be the ticket
My buddy Dana built it an you can see the build videos on there channel Smore Firewood i think the videos are titled rebirth of buster . He can answer all the build questions you have and Thanks for finding us, glad to have ya along for the ride we appreciate ya watching an commenting
Here, in Australia, all vertical splitters must be hands free. That is to say, the hands operate the movement of the downstroke, and not the knees or feet.
Do you need 2 hands to operate the down stroke or just 1 . I will have to go find some videos of that it sounds like it would be a slow way of doing things but maybe its faster an im always willing to learn something new
My buddy Dana over at smore fire wood . He has videos of the build on there channel . We took my old splitter that ive had in the family for almost 50 yrs an converted it into what you see now . You can see the splitter before the conversion in some of our first videos . Thanks for stopping by an commenting
Thanks for subscribing Tom, we appreciate it! Our splitter works great with hardwood and any wood. Oak splits really nice, but we've pretty much split it all. Buster will handle it all there's always the knotty stuff that is a tough split, but like any splitter it just takes a but more time to get through it all
Remember PINE IS FINE ! Easy on OLD BUSTER don’t take the turbo out off her lol 😊. The 6 million $ man done some job on OLD BUSTER . ITS fun that Andrew at EASTONMADE don’t buy the patten right on OLD BUSTER , remember SAW in the wood , STICK on the ice and RUBBER on the rubber Phil .
Andrew at Easton made puts out a top notch product i dont think he would be to interested in ole Buster . Trust me he could make an axis just as fast but someone would end up missing some fingers an that would not be good for business
@@johndemeen5575 No, hardwood is what you'd want for indoors. We sell that too, but not to the scale we do campwood. There are so many campgrounds and private residences that burn outdoors in the summer here, that's why we focus on the campwood.
It's homemade from my vertical splitter that's been in my family for many years. My buddy Dana at S'more Firewood channel built it for me. Thanks for watching!
10 cords delivered! Wow awesome sale Phil!!👍👍

Nice looking pile of wood. He’s got some bundling to do. We need an Andrew around here to take over where Charlie left off.
Did you mean my brother Andrew cause he is a huge help or did you mean Andrew Easton cause everyone needs a Easton made

Awesome splitter ! Good work 👏
Thanks it sure can chew threw the wood when someone is feeding it onto the table .
great splitter you have there, nice short cycle time with lots of control over your splits. Having someone to feed you the rounds sure helps.
new sub.

Nice delivery.. i did a 10 cord delivery last year to a guy and he is set for 2 years so he will be calling me next year..
Nice ... first time we have ever had a 10 cord order . I love the big orders like that .
@Allen Family Firewood : it's definitely a large order. I only have 1 guy that does that to me. The rest want 2 to 4 full cords..
great job 10 cards of wood, you deserve 1k subscribers,

I need that splitter man that things fast
Lol ya it is i have to count my fingers every time i use it. Make sure you get entered in todays video for the chain saw
In idaho we sell pine and quakey and some cottonwood or willow, so pine is a real treat we sell for a premium haha
No kidding its every ware up here in Maine we get $ 250 a cord cut split an del . Whats it going for out your way
Wow the cycle time on your splitter is impressive. Love the size of the work table .Who manufactures that machine ?
Thx Mark

We got the same in 709 Phil . Cooler the weather better for bundles SALE PHIL . 😊
Yup nothing but cold an rain here sure hope it gets the bundle sales going
Sounds like some North Carolina weather buddy. Lol
Ya its either raining or when the sun does come out its so humid that its hard to take . I hate the heat im happy when its about 25 degree out
@AllenFamilyFirewood I love the Cold. But these 90 degree days are great for drying that Firewood. 🤣 But it's not good for me.

Who burns pine?
In Maine it's the best campfire wood. Dries quick and adds that snap crackle pop to a campfire. We focus on campfire wood sales. Thanks for watching
