Good sir, I thank you for your hard work! Hope you get all the radio dramas you could want. May I recommend Sherlock Holmes Vs. Dracula. Thanks, again, for all your work!
That ending was very clever I didn't see that coming best ripper story I heard
*EXCELLENT! KUDOS!!!!*
Wow, great take on Jack the Ripper. I didn't see that coming.
Nice idea, good sound effects. Everyone has a different Watson voice to be fair - the character is a writer after all and we all talk to ourselves when we try to write. Clive Merrison forever though...over and amen. But thank you.
Holy crapsicles, it's just like Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho'! Like a creepypasta! It is wonderful!!
Fantastic production Scott thoroughly enjoyed it.
Thank you, Paul! You did exceptionally well as Holmes.
@@PopUpTheatre It is hard to believe that the Cases against the Ripper & Dracula did not score more viewers. #Sherlock #Audio #Drama

These are just a few of the many wonderful Sherlock Holmes audiobooks
on the market. Many wonderful listening hours await you!
An amazing psychological thriller. Thank you
Great job Scott
What a twist!
Of course PTSD does not make a normal person into a serial killer. And our Watson would never do that. But interesting story anyway.
Have listened to all your pop-up sherlock Holmes audio plays. Have loved and enjoyed every one of these Please please please will you be doing anymore sherlock audio plays. I can't get enough, love them, brilliant!
A note: From what I understand, the claim that Jack the Ripper's victims were prostitutes is possibly, if not probably, inaccurate.
Savira Sigit's voice is sleek, sexy & relaxing !!! :-)
Saw that coming but ok I guess however it does not correlate whatsoever with watsons character like at all.
A few paltry quotes from the Canon. Distracting, exaggerated Watson performance. The few lame attempts at deductions. Dispite the quotes, don't believe Mr McQuaid has read many actual SH stories. Knows more about Ripper lore. Probably has mainly watched the recent BBC series? I revere Conan Doyle's very beautiful diction. SH is always a worthy subject. Thank you for posting.
" the game is a foot " solved my Dear comment folk - the podiatrist did it . I really don't why I bother ( boot )
So sorry that Watson was made out to be the Ripper!
Is Warwick Davies playing Sherlock?
Offensive disaster. Stay away from Sherlock Holmes - You know nothing, and you offend people that do know and care about Holmes and Watson.
Okay….the storyline is spot on but the exaggeration of the two main characters is ridiculous. Go back, redo the play BUT find two real actors not these two buffoons.
Cheers
Fun show but,, its just little over the top with Dr. Watsons voice characterization. Distracting and over played. But still a fun and entertaining show.
I thought Watson's voice suited. I agree fun and entertaining.
Agreed. Watson was awful
From English lit graduate and highly experienced published writer, steeped in Arthur Conan Doyle's canon: Mmmmmmmm. . . .
Wow ok ?
great
If you're going to write a murder mystery set in the 19th century you should know that the word serial killer was not in the vocabulary of the English language. They use sequential killer or multiple killer. Just one of several mistakes in your story
And first using Dr Watson as the narrator. Since he was the bad guy doesn't quite cut it as the plot goes
And they wouldn't use an American word called stagecoach in England. They were either Hanson cabs or four wheels dog carts
Post-traumatic stress disorder. Once again you use something that didn't come to pass until the 20th century they would have called it shell shock but before the first world war they would have had another name for it
I'm a big fan of Sherlock Holmes mysteries. If you're going to write one and set it in the 19th century you should at least learn some things about the 19th century and the words that were used. I don't usually do s*** like this I listen to the story but this one irritated the s*** out of me. And Watson wouldn't be Jack the rippers not in any real story. It's just a dumb plot twist that didn't quite work. This story sucked
Dismal - and so incredibly off canon!
" gotten"?!!!!
@laura archer
Yes, appalling.
Didn't like this one but interesting
Narrators aren't very good unfortunately.
The voice of Holmes is awful.
nonsense
Good idea, but awful depiction of Sherlock Holmes as an obnoxious, pompous prat.
I love Holmes but “obnoxious, pompous prat” is pretty much perfect as a summary of his qualities (other than preternatural intelligence)
Worst depiction of Sherlock Holmes and Watson EVER. 😒
Doctor Watson is Jack the Ripper- what a ridiculous premise to take real life events and then go off in this preposterous Direction with fictional characters. This depiction is not worthy of either Sherlock or the good doctor.
