Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 carrots
- Spring onions
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh peppers
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning (see recipe link above)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 seasoning cubes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Any protein of choice

I want to try it but am wondering should I use the old method to determine the quantity of water to put in rice.like one cup of rice goes with two & half of water.
