I also have cervical kyphosis, I'm 17 and I work out regularly. I went to my doctor, and they gave me a list of stretch exercises that can relief some pain and make you feel generally better. I would love to get relief through any means. Tried to schedule massage therapy, but my mom thinks I'm going to get R'ed 💀 so I have to just stick with these stretches. Anyone else dealing with this, I wish you the best luck as we get through it and heal.
Im dealing with this exact same thing right now. Going to chiro 3x per week and doing skme stretches at home along with the neck recurvature thing in the video. Have had treatments for 2 weeks. How long does it take for symptoms like nerve pain in arms and slight tingling to go away?
Recently I have done radiology which shows straight neck . My head hurts a lot ... pressure like pain and itching sensation. And my pain get worse when I lift something from left hand.. Does it heals ever i am feeling scared.
Hello Dr. I have a question. In the case of a possible nerve pinch would this tool Denneroll be safe? My x-rays show that there is a 3 mm anterior subluxation of C3 and C4 and C4 on C-5 and C5 and C6 during flexion. And there is a minimal 2 mm posterior subluxation of C3 on C4 and C4 on C5 during extension. They didn’t tell me much else other than it’s minimal. Also, what grade would these subluxations be considered?
is he treated that way ?! is a physiotherapist better or do the same as chiropractic for the military neck? i do have the same issues and my doctor asked me to go for a physiotherapist to make some training for my neck and when i did see this video i said to my self why wouldn't he suggest a chiropractor if that is the sure thing and a faster way than the natural resistance training and massages?!
I have military neck and went to physiotherapy for almost a year. No change. Then i went to chiropractic, i see major change just one visit (but ofcourse i still need to come often to fully heal)
Restoration of cervical curve and reduction of spinal subluxations can positively impact neurology. Over the past 25 years in treating patients I seen thousands of people heal and restore function.
@@drstevensho-chiropractor-nyc I don’t disagree but the devices in my opinion do not apply enough pressure while keeping the chin down. As you use these devices the pivot the head up and back. There needs to be a strap device mounted to a table so the dennerol can have force placed on the head to stretch the ligaments. I may have to make a device since they don’t really do a lot on their own.
@@drstevensho-chiropractor-nyc I will say the only thing that does work imo besides a comprehensive approach like you suggest is a saunders home traction unit used 2x a day. That actually seems to add a stretch to the ligaments and now I have great mobility.
Hi. I just saw your video. I am training boxing for 7 years. I got true straight neck and having a lot of issue. Do you think it is because boxing because your patient was boxer too.
yes alot of boxers get this based on my research, although I am not a Boxer I have the same problem started seeing a Chiropractor and have been feeling alot better.
I'm a black belt and because of head locks, head shots, etc since I was 8, my neck now has a reverse curve almost like a C. I have so much nerve damage I can't stand up without almost passing out. Nerve damage is no joke 🙄🙄
I jerked neck violently accidentally and had to go to the doctor. Went to a week of physiotherapy and now I'm doing the exercises the therapist taught me. Sometimes, the right side of the back of my neck pains and I press my neck like massaging it which makes a popping sound and I can feel things moving back into place. What would this condition be and what should I do to get this fixed? The doctor said that it was just a cramp and that caused one of my vertebra to put pressure on a nerve. Now, I'm able to move my neck freely, but, I can feel my neck making sounds if I move it for a prolonged time. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

The Denneroll is usually prescribed by a Chiropractor and they determine placement by evaluating X-rays
