You can start your own brokerage company and invest. Also in long term don't go for ETF stick with Index mutual funds.

Is one index fund is ok for retirement plan (I need 10crs during my retirement which is 28yrs away from now) ?? Do I need to add managed funds ??

If you choose active funds, you need to review every year and in case it is not performing well, you need to sell all units and find another fund to continue investing. Let's say 3-4 years from now, you have 20 lakhs in one active fund, and due to some reason it is not performing well, the. You need to sell all units and pay tax and move to another fund.
For index funds, all you need to check is tracking error. Even some fund is having worst tracking error, then your returns may vary maximum 2 percent.
Anna , started investing in UTI nifty50 direct growth index fund as SIP .Will I get dividend from it? If not suggest any index fund which gives dividend if possible.

When you are investing, at the end it will be huge amount... Also, when you want to sell that huge amount... You need buyer for it.. So, always go for Mutual funds. Also you will get tracking error in ETF.
