If you are a beginner I'd say it doesn't matter if you start with demat account or non demat account, both are easy & straight forward process. Hi sir.. can you teach us how to make reinvestment in bees to create compounding effect similar to index fund compounding. Is it better to reinvest our profit once in a year or 6 months / to reinvest whenever we gain a certain profit level of 5000 or 10000 ..

Yes, the dividend is paid to the unitholder after deducting the applicable taxes at source. Once the dividend is paid, the NAV of the scheme will be reduced by the dividend amount and the dividend distribution tax that is paid.
