I am in tears listening to your story.I am so grateful to the universe for finding your UA-cam videos.I am going through a really tough time but Instead lucky to be living in England where I have a great Psychiatrist even though I cannot afford to pay right now.As I am on the waiting list for therapy ,a good friend recommended looking on UA-cam.I could not believe my luck when I found you.All I can say is listening to you is very soothing.I honestly cannot thank you enough.I apologize if I sound weird.

God bless you Kati! I'm 35 and have struggled my whole life with bipolar, bpd, amongst many other sub diag. I'm on this hunt to find who I am and improve things. I have a history that weighs me down like a mack truck upon my chest. I lost both parents and many fam members to suicide and refuse to put my children through that. I'm back in counseling and OMG (I never say that), I freakin found you. I have this beautiful gut feeling you will change my life. I plan to watch every vid, I'm signed up on your site, and I'm really thinking with you and the info you share, I just may be able to do this. God bless you girl!!!!!! Thank you for sharing the timeline of your life and especially for telling us the loss of your Dad still makes you cry. I lost my dad 5 years ago and it still hurts and many people tell me i should be over it now. I dont think there is an expiry date on grief. But i will still beat myself up and tell myself i should have moved on and stopped feeling pain at not having my dad around anymore.

I’m 29 and I feel lost, just got back to school (again!) in biology.... and still I don’t know where I’m heading.... I have a lot of emotional issues inside but I don’t usually show them because I’m used to smile all the time to support others but now I deeply feel lost and sad, still working, studying and entertaining the children of my brothers and sisters.
I didn’t want to write that much, just wanted to thank you for your support and videos! Xoxoxoxoxoxoxox it helps me :)
This is so interesting, because the system in USA is so much different!
Inspirational, emotional and yes it did make me cry. But more than anything it brought me out of my shell. You see I struggle with CRIPPLING ANXIETY and I end up censoring my thoughts, feelings and what I put out into the universe. So much so, that I end up saying and expressing nothing; nothing of who I really am or what I believe. This is the first time ever I'm putting myself out into the world.
I've only just recently discovered your channel Kati and I love your videos. I've only been watching for a couple of weeks, but I feel like maybe, I might have just found my people and I've been looking for you everywhere.

Hi Kati, I've been watching your videos for ages and I wanted to thank you for how much they've helped me with my anxiety disorder. This video really reminded me of me; I am starting a psychology degree next year and I am also left handed and play the clarinet, so it's inspired me so much to keep pushing through and remember that in a few years time I can hopefully be helping (almost!) as many people as you are! Kati thank you for the effort you put in to your channel (still to venture to your website and such). I I'm currently waiting to hear back from university to study mental health nursing and feeling like it's an unattainable goal the longer I wait but this have given me the courage to keep working towards that goal even if it doesn't work out as I want it to this year. I relate to a lot of what you talked about. Words are so rich to come from someone who's in a position you want to be in. I am grateful to be able to learn from you and stay inspired

I adore you so much ! I’ve watched this video twice (as well as countless others ) I’d really like your help 😩😩 I’m a caregiver for the elderly and I feel so emotionally drained but I know it is what I’m supposed to doing. However I can’t find a good balance and it’s difficult to help others through their emotional difficulties whilst trying to sort through my own.
