How she said her family think shes faking it for attention was really sad
Sadly friends and family react this way more often than not...that is why people with PBA tend to isolate and that makes it far worse.
Ain't Nobody faking this whoever said that needs to stop this is a real thing people do when under extreme stress
Matthew The tiger omg I know this is a serious situation but
I’m a Monbebe too!!
Also I’m watching videos like this because of Joaquin Phoenix.
@@carolannetitmus8878 help me 😭
same im laughing and crying as we speak
“It’s no laughing matter”
**purposely used pun in title**
@@cellardoor199991 yea... you clearly dont understand......
@@kylekondit9709 I think he does xD
Lmao
I love how it implies that other mental and physical conditions might be laughing matters, but PBA definitely is not.
The Joker!
Yep, I just watched The Joker movie with Joaquin Phoenix.
Now, I’m interested in learning about the real life disorder.
1966Zodiac literally everyone
Yep
I'm in my 30s and have it. Its no fun you feel all alone. Family and friends dont understand. Often get told im being childish or seeking attention. Very sad, its really not that. Dr. Diagnosed me 2 or 3 years ago. I now take nuedexta, but sometimes forget because I have short term memory loss and the cycle repeats over and over. I had a tramtic brain injury.
I haven't been diagnosed and I suffer from this since 1995, all they say is that it is depression. I take propanolol on my own. But it doesn't help much. What can I do? 😭
Help me 😭
Dont give up!!
Cristina P. Moráis don’t give up!!! Go to the doctor and say, “It’s. Not. Depression.”
Hey dude i wanna make a song about PBA can you please tell me how it feels to have it
Who else is here because of Joaquin Phoenix
Everyone!
Me🤣
God damnit why do you know that
🤣
Who?
If it’s no laughing matter then why make the title a pun? You’re asking us for it...
Didn’t know all puns are suppose to be funny…….🙄
Joker: I'm a spycho killer but i raised awareness for this condition. You're welcome
He aint no psycho. For example, he loved the girl he had hallucinations of.
I'm so happy to find out this isn't just me and it's an actual condition!
So happy that I cried miserably.... obviously.... 😒
I have pseudobulbar affect because I have multiple sclerosis and it is very tiring to cry or giggle uncontrollably I suffer daily. I had a few episodes today
I also feel your pain I've had a episode of crying today my family doesn't understand and is part of the reason for my outburst of triggering the episode. I'll keep you in my prayers just know you're not alone
Nuedexta worked for my PBA due to TBI.
I’m so sorry to hear this
Joker’s been here…..
Someone pray for me . Devil is winning . Will never be loved or respected because my neurons decided it would be evolutionary beneficial for me to cry like a little girl when inside I’m not mad. “Just take a deep breath “
I’m 15 and have this. I’ve had it for years. It sucks and honestly I don’t know why it happened, I’m thinking maybe when I hit myself with a hammer and didn’t go to the hospital? I hope the best for her
Thankyou for sharing I’m also 15 and my doctor has brought this up to me and my parents. Is like to know more about yours👍
Omg I'm so sorry
My I ask, what made you think to hit yourself with a hammer?
@@spartan003 obviously attempted suicide
Hope you guys are doing well now
No wonder I keep laughing and crying so randomly. Its not normal mood swings
Nice self-diagnosis.
"It's not a laughing matter"
4:20 😂😂😂😂😂
Not sure if I've had brain trauma before but I've hit my head pretty badly as a kid countless of times and for years ill sometimes just look at a normal thing and ill laugh for like an hour uncontrollably about it
Come on you didn't have to do em like that with the title lmao
The human body is so complex and capable but also so vulnerable
i do not like the pun title.
"no laughing matter"
But no pun intended
Im here because I had to come home from work due to a crying episode I couldn't control, for no reason, and a giggling jag after it was done. My stroke was almost 6 yrs ago, thought I might be better than I am. :-/ Doctor appointment Fri.
Hope you're okay
@Lambs wool I'm a lot better now, thank you. 🤗
The title gave me a good chuckle.
I also suffer with PBA. I have a part of my brain that handles emotions turned more than normal. I fit the criteria for someone who has PBA according to my health professionals.
There is help, cough medicine may help you, DEXTROMETORPHAN. Buts consult your doctor first.
3:36 is he checking her out?
Seems like it to me 😂
MGP L noice
I HAVE THIS AFTER MY STROKE IS THE WORST FEELING😢😢😢😢😢💔
I was diagnosed with PBA about 2 months ago. I cried for a year straight after my stroke. I'm on Nuedexta and it's working great!
Tina Baldino Me too! After a TBI, I sobbed for FIVE YEARS until seeing a commercial for PBA. Within two weeks I was “normal” and able to leave the house. When I have episodes of migraine and vomiting I can’t keep it down and I’m back to crying but not the WAILING and SOBBING like before Nuedexta.
I have been hugged by so many strangers before Nuedexta- had I been laughing I probably would have been punched!!!I’d be wailing 😭 just trying to buy a slice of pizza and more 😭trying to explain that I was okay- really- I just wanted a slice of pizza and was SOBBING about it just like a lunatic! Oh what fun I’ve had!
My sister suffers from it
I’ll keep her in my prayers 🙏
I live with that and it’s very bad when I cry and laugh at the same time I feel embarrassed
How safe is ECT and how effective is it in helping with depression and anxiety?
If you fake having this, or just laugh at others in a similar way but know to do it privately, what is that called? Hahahahahha
The irony in the title there .
Coitus Handguns no it doesn’t
@@skeletoon they’re saying it’s not laughing matter but using a pun to make it funny, pretty ironic
Imagine laughing uncontrollably at a funeral 😂
ismael madrigal I did it.
Now that is a really sensitive comment!!!!
thats fucked up
I never knew about death of my loved ones . At that time i can laugh too but i have decided to move to doctors
And dat's what i have did .
My medications are still going on .
Doctor didn't told anything about my disease except he gave me medicines.
Why would that even come to mind
People in my middle school would laugh at me whenever the teacher was talking and I just started laughing/crying.
I seriously wanted to choke them.
I can’t believe the red stroke lady said “manageable” so well
I have PBA and its ruined my life
In what way if your comfortable to talk about it
Kamala Harris suffers from this.
My daughter has this but doesn't have other condition DRs can't find anything. She can barely walk.
did she ever have a stroke?
Poor girl, i hope shes okay.
I have a severe stutter. I understand the embarrassment. Fucking disabilities. Why us
I think you might be getting better. You didn't stutter in this comment once! 👏👏👏
The video title is so ironic
Everyone is here because of Joker
LMFAOOOOO THIS IS FUCKING HILARIOUS
sorry I have PBA XD XD XD
It also presents itself differently in each person.
Except...it literally is a laughing matter.
I do this quite often, everyday is random tears and creepy laughter
i never had a stroke but i keep on laughing for no reason! im only 12 years old and i need help
Most people think I laugh for no reason, but I just think of funny stuff like funny cats.Im 12 too
gamer_rainbow1404 _ kid, why are you here...?
Avery Belle because he wants help?
It’s kriyas out of balance meditation key 🔑
I think I have PBA because I would laugh at serious things and I tried to stop it but I can't. It make me cringe! Sometimes I laugh at nothing. VERY ANNOYING! Also I have CP.
I am suffering from emotional incontinence. I suffers from panic attacks too.
Wait, i think i found the reason to joker laughing!!!
If you've watched it he laughs cos he actually has the condition

Is there permanent cure for this ???😢
Hoping I can get some sympathy even though this video is old. (Honestly don’t care anymore )
When I was a kid I had a traumatic fall down some stairs and my parents were too afraid to take me to the hospital. Never understood why growing up I would get super emotional though I had to MAN UP . Learn to control myself . The only way I can describe it to someone is me physically hitting you and being like go ahead and shut off the sting on the spot I hit you ,
The doctor looks like Daniel Tosh’s more intelligent brother.
I wanna see if she laughs in the audience
I don't know if i have this however i do laugh uncontrollably and inappropriately time to time and when I was in 1st grade i did had a head injury it took place at the playground at school and i don't remember being not serious before that happened to me. But i don't know if I have it and if i do its crazy tbh.
The joker brought me here
They do a pun about it tho
I wonder what kind if effect marijuana would have on them.
The 3 stages of weed laughing crying you’ve shit yourself
Joker brought me here
What a terrible caption
I act like I am ok or even happy in public but really I am very depressed. I guess I have it
Corey L 🖤
See a doctor before self-diagnosing.
So after I see the doc I can self daignose?..lol I have been diagnosed with depression. That was in 2010.. I should probably go back
I'm saying that mental illness should be diagnosed by a doctor. Even if you are self diagnosing, don't identify completely with an illness until getting checked out. It could lead to self medicating and other problems.
That's not what pba is though. it's not hiding your depression that's just... Well depression. this is different
Anyone here coz they were searching up Joker’s condition?
My newphew deal with this
How about another joke MurRAY?
i have pba
Who’s most at risk for this? Non Jewish viewers which notice the arbitrary use of the title
HAHAHAHAHA
Hahahahahahahaha
I Have PBA as a neuro long COVID symptom. Nuedexta has helped me get so much of my life back!
