My view is....these old rules regarding n.o.c ..inter state transfers and registration should be removed completely..... Everything should be adhaar card number based....so that people can buy a vehicle in any Indian state and drive/buy/re-sell in any Indian state without restrictions .....just my view

I am purchasing a used car from a person who lives in Madhya Pradesh but purchased the car from Gujarat in 2011. He had registered the car in M.P. but the registration Number of the car is of Gujarat state and not of madhya pradesh.I just wanted to ask that can I change the registration number of the car to M.P. state. Btw he had already submitted all the taxes of M.P. Rto. He had only not changed the Number of the car.Is it safe for me to buy this car

Road tax structure varies state by state. Best way to charge tax is with reference to the total length and breadth of the car occupies the space & Emission generated. Sir I have booked the creta ex petrol in Aug 25th and the dealer promised me to give it In Oct 20 but the price has been increase from Oct 1 and the dealer said to give me the car at the new price not the old price on which I have booked it. My question is that sir this is my first car and I don't have any knowledge regarding it sir I want to know that which price is applicable the on which I have booked the car in Aug or on the new price but I have listen that the booking price is applicable... Nope until unless you're planning to stay back there in Bangalore permanently, you don't need to pay the Road tax!! ...
But if you fail to produce the normal RC, Invoice, PUC and Insurance papers... troubles are not far away from you...!! They are over-vigilant especially about UP MP Bihar Vehicles...!! Just Abit of Regionalism you can say...

Sir, i recently purchase a 2nd owner used car from a mideator, but car's noc is declared and its within the district only, all original documents with me. The problem comes, the noc is declared on the midiator name, so he dont want to be 3rd owner, can he transfer his noc on my name without rc transfer change of ownership?
