I am postmenopausal and have pelvic pain. My ultrasound said I have pelvic congestion syndrome along with a few cysts. Is this abnormal for post menopausal women?
It depend upon the cyst size.. pelvic congestion is not very abnormal if it doest cause any pain.. if cysts are less than 3cm then a follow up after 6 months should be considered
@@drarshaduk this is what it says on the ultrasound. Should I be worried? Doctor wants to do a biopsy because my lining is 6mm.
1. Elongated structure in the left adnexa filled with fluid measuring 0.8 cm. This could represent an ovarian cysts or a hydrosalpinx.
2. A few simple right ovarian cyst measuring up to 0.6 cm.
3. Prominent vascularity in both adnexa. Nonspectic but could be related to pehic congestion.
I am really worried now after listening to another one of your videos! What is your opinion? Should I be worried?
Found out I have pelvic congestion syndrome ,Always wonder what that dull consistent ache below was from .I have a question can the vien rupture ? Also do the swollen viens effect bowl movements?..I have constipation often ...
