Vitamin D, Omega-3 and a good multi-vitamin are the perfect daily go-to supplements for me, aside from some other things like Alpha GPC, L-Tyrosine, Alcar but those imo are not so necessary for me
This seems amazing but now your depending on NAC, if you dont take NAC then its bad day . Hopefully ill be able to quit without relying on anything but im glad this is helping alot of people 🙌🏽

So saw this video yesterday with that quick doctors clip, started this today, took 1200mg on empty stomach, ate an hour later, had my last splif. Feeling OK, but I have got a nicotine inhaler so I cant freak out. Ill update this comment every week.
It helps with many things it’s helping me come of pregabalin, Iv successfully came of 8 years of methadone and opiates and alcohol now it’s just the pregabalin left.. it helps regulate glutamine levels as substance abuse can mess up the regulation of said chemicals.. I look forward to seeing how this helps
Been taking 1200mg in the morn and 600mg at night for about 10 days along with omega 3. I manage to go without a smoke for 2 or 3 days but anxiety kicks in and i give in then have a guilt trip then start all over again 😂 Gonna keep trying though. What i have noticed though is its loosened phlegm in my lungs that i didnt know was there and my farts stink to high heaven.
I’m down to one small hit per day but still going through withdrawals for a while now. I got a bottle of NAC. I hope it helps. No nightmares but lots of lost sleep, even with prescribed sleep medicine.
@@Dungzoo I have read only works up to 5mg and anything else past that doesn't do anything more so they usually sell by 3 or 5mg. No blue light aka screens more like 2 hours before bed really makes a difference for me too

Maybe 7 hours of sleep in the last 4 days, and the one day I cheated with a little weed to help me sleep. Does NAC help with insomnia too? And if not, is there anything you have used that has helped with that? Thanks.
I cannot say it helped with insomnia, not to say that it didn't or it did, it's just I take melatonin to sleep which is the only thing that does work for me. NAC makes the day better for me, melatonin and a hot drink before bed with no blue light an hour before help me to get to sleep. Regardless after about a week the insomnia gets so bad still wake up after 5 hours instead of sleeping 8 but still better than waking up every 2-3 hours so there is a noticeable difference following those 3 steps before bed.
The cannabis lowers human growth hormone and that's why i think the insomnia is real. source out deer antler velvet or elk antler velvet. it will help with igf 1 which human growth hormone turns into. it will help you put on muscle easier and help you feel sleepy. Also use with melatonin if you like. use nac with it and you will be happy.

For sleeping melatonin is the only thing which semi helps me, go from waking every 3 hours to every 5-6 which is a lot more manageable!

5 days sober 🥹 i couldnt do it by myself. It definetely positively effected me.
