First of all thank you very much for providing such an informative video to the community. Just a side note, for a perfect sag measurement, make sure to be fully geared when on the bike. The gears we are wearing are quite heavy and will add at least 3-4 KG of weight.
Hey TOBES ! thank you for your valuable information about the 1290r suspension setup. I have ordered one which is coming next week. But until now i have always ridden naked bikes and set their suspensions. We always set sag numbers even or little bit front bias. I would like to have the tricks from the experts like you. Could you also please share your sag numbers for the front fork. I think that you did not mentioned in the video. Moreover please share your personel preferences for both front and rear sag number and rebound settings on asphalt riding, soft off-road riding and hard off-road riding? (you can compare rebound settings on road and off road). Thank you for your time . Nice to meet you
Hi Tobes, thanks! Can you provide detail on how to determine clicks for different terrain? Your awesome at showing how and explaining why to adjust. However without reference it’s not possible to understand what constitutes a click. Or.. is there reference in the KTM owners manual or online somewhere?
Going to pick up my SAR tomorrow! Thank you so much for a good video! On the back suspension, (slow/fast) is "zero" when the bolt/screw is fully loose or when fully tightened?
Thank you for the video. In my model, the S. We have four damping modes: Sport, Street, Comfort, and Offroad. Can you tell me what each one is used for?
