I'm loving these! Can they be used on canvas?

Yes- but they are not permanent if exposed to laundering/water/other wet media.

So how did the flowers get underneath that color? Is it stamped on top of the crazing medium?

I believe they started with a flower stencil and some texture paste, but I could be wrong. Could also be gesso and a flower stencil... I believe he mentioned that as an option also.

He IS very talented & I really like SOME to MOST of this stuff. But Ranger is so infuriatingly careless & slap-dash, I'm turned off. I've taken to buying mostly "unbranded" stuff from China on eBay & AliExpress, where dies/buttons/washi etc are a fraction of the price "branded" companies charge (AND THE SHIPPING IS FREE). I just bought the Joy! Crafts Ornate Square Frame & Corner die selling at Joanns for $29.99 for $2.91. Momenta's "Word Fetti" die is over $10 PLUS SHIPPING but $2.29 w/Free shipping on AliExpress (search "metal cutting dies." And it arrived faster than Joann delivers.

By the way... Ranger product is American Made. You may want to think about preserving American jobs before you buy knock-offs.

I live in west palm beach, they are still selling stuff from years ago. I end up buying professional paint. Please help.

I hope you got a copy of that color chart. I couldn't get a good screenshot of it. Researching Tim's stuff is so FRUSTRATING it's unbelievable. It took me weeks to find useful information on the mini inkpad sets. Ranger packaging is also INFURIATING. No matter what "set" it is the SET NAME & COLOR NAMES are always missing. To make bad things WORSE, with sets like markers & crayons they are never lined up to show the colors but always on the "distress" markings. And worst of all is that any print there IS (other than DISTRESS in huge lettering. like does Tim have anything else?) on packages is unreadably small because its always in 3 languages EXCEPT for the 1 time I was shopping for alcohol ink sets at Joanns. The sets were in SPANISH ONLY. Why can't we get ALL craft items from this industry in ALL ENGLISH and have everybody else use google "translate".

AnnOna Moss I can't explain the Spanish only product you saw at Joannes. But I do know that they print in many languages because these products are marketed around the world, not just in the US. So in a country like Canada, French is a second Official language, and the law is that you have to have that too! the cost to print separate containers would be overwhelming. So you usually have English French and Spanish printed on.

Everybody knows everything is up for WORLD TRADE, thanks to Billary's NAFTA. Ranger SAYS it is an American company. Americans speak ENGLISH. Ranger is so screwed up, if you call them for information THEY CAN'T EVEN GET IT STRAIGHT (re: marker set names/colors). Since ALL of the print is unreadably small, I should think it would be better all around if it was printed in 1 LANGUAGE & INCLUDE **RELEVANT** INFORMATION. Companies could THEN print the translations on their website. Maybe these things can be TRUMPED!

AnnOna- I'm going to stop you right here. AMERICANS SPEAK ALL KINDS OF LANGUAGES. And the point you missed is that Ranger ships their American Made products ALL OVER THE WORLD, so many languages are necessary on the packaging. I support ALL AMERICANS, so you can take your thinly-veiled hate speech to another UA-cam channel. Best of luck.
