Letting go has been so hard. When I deal with my kids, talk to them or whatever, memories keep coming in and I say stupid things about the past that just pop into my mind and yeah, I just blurt them out without thinking. Somehow I feel like I'm 'puking' out negative junk.

I don't know why anyone would think I'd want any of these people back in my life I can't see why I would, they are simply not worthy
For me its a TF And I feel like this person is with me all the time even tho we have been in no contact for a year. We are together in 5 D but in 3 D we do not get along . These people still trying to separate us.I did enjoy being part of his family. Yet as you said I was forgetting about myself which is how I have lived most of my life. It wasn’t fun but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Because of the betrayal and everything else puny humans threw at me, I found my connection to the divine.
And it taught me that no matter how bad it gets, there’s always someone who has it a 100 times worse than me.
Just because I can’t help myself is no excuse to not reach out to help another.
And the wisdom I have gained, I am certain that it will enable me to help others simply by sharing my conclusions, insights and experiences.
I have prevailed against overwhelming opposition, simply by being closely aligned to my north node.

Dragging yourself out of these heavy energies of abandonment, grief, people who should care about you but don't... it's not easy. It's something that has to be worked through, integrated, and releasing the old narrative is way more than an intellectual exercise.
I'm a survivor. I'm "tough" as my son once said... yeah, well it was folks like him that made me "tough"... I prefer strong, determined to move forward. Soul contracts ended now, they're on their own. p.s. Now Wendy... where are the birds? I wondered a while ago if those birds exist in reality, or are they on a recording, and now you've changed it to 'water'??
They're real birds! Boo Boo and JJ. Lately Boo Boo is SO LOUD I can't hear myself, so I've had to move them to another room. They love translating the energies into bird song--but sometimes I can't focus around them.

I know they can be loud and even I got distracted while listening to you! I'll bet they have a mirror, they love yakking away to that haha!

Amazing, the impact good leadership has (and the power people 'give away' to toxic leaders). I'll take the performance capabilities of a 'team' that is uplifted over individuals executing from a place of fear EVERY time. Resonates...didn't really see these messages coming today...pretty cool...thank you. Just had a conversation with a colleague who reached the 'end of a cycle' with her employer...was schocked how she didn't see her own value...told her 'this is happening for you'. Powerful, Wendy!
