I know that as long as I’m being authentic and unconditional with my expressions then that’s the best I can do in that moment. We can’t be responsible for others triggers or recognition of trapped emotions, fears, trauma, etc. but we can meet them with unconditional love and compassion as they open their sleepy eyes ☺️🥰❤️

Thank you sister I listened carefully. I'll continue to keep trying to grow and learn. I think at heart I'm a quiet person although I don't feel inhibited by anything that occurred in my childhood. I usually do vocalize when I need to. Sometimes it gets me in trouble. I'm trying to focus on doing more listening nowadays. I'm disabled by the way so you won't find me in any gyms but I do have a home workout routine that seems to be working gradually .I am trying to focus on moving out of here. @@ChappelGoodwin I’m the same way with saying things in a way that “gets me in trouble” but I’ve slowly learned to find a balance. I know that as long as I’m being authentic and unconditional with my expressions then that’s the best I can do in that moment. We can’t be responsible for others triggers or recognition of trapped emotions, fears, trauma, etc. but we can meet them with unconditional love and compassion as they open their sleepy eyes ☺️🥰❤️
