To me the thing that makes Salah so unique, and special is his versatility. He has such a repertoire of moves he can pull out of seemingly nowhere, and make each one fit perfectly to the situation. Salah is an artist, and truly legendary dancer.
The first half was like watching a painting come to life, but the second half.. Ooo, that was killer! This man never ceases to amaze me - he is like fine wine; gets better with age.
As a dancer I have always been fascinated with transitions and movements which is why I love Led twins, blueprint, tighteyez, fik shun, skitzo, etc.. But none of them and I mean NONE of them have shown me anything as creative or as beautiful in dance that salah has just showed me. I never really watched him before much but just by this I can only imagine him in his prime years, mad respect and dance on.
Relentlessly pushing the boundaries, Salah is a dance prodigy beyond compare! I really love how he has added elements of contemporary dance and the expression of emotion to add depth and complexity to this performance. Will anyone ever be as good?
