The mummy was a callback to S1, when the mummy was awakaned, but then Mark and Omni Man flew overhead, and washed the whole area over with a sandstorm that immediately seals the mummy on accident. I think in both scenes, they were meant to be gags.
Fun Fact: The reason why Mark has spider web on him at 6:40 when he returned to his house after meeting Spider-Man was because in the comics, Spider-Man wanted to help him after hearing his predicament and latched a web onto Mark but the portal closed too quickly before Spider-Man could go through. After the portal closes, Spider-Man says, “Good luck, Invincible…wherever you are.” I imagine Agent Spider did the same thing here.

To be fair, it's not Invincible comic book fans spoiling things. It's people who watch the youtube shorts and half-baked review videos that are popping up everywhere & assume they understand the entire story plot. It's people who think Invincible is this edgy comic because it has violence, instead of a nuanced story about the power of redemption over time, the inevitability of resistance to colonialism & the strength it takes to stay true to your softer side.

They just watch yt reviews on strength feats and character deaths , all to have somethin to talk about and compare and contrast with whatever stories they adore most. These are the people in my real life as well who have spoiled shows for me all bc they didn't care for the show as much only those details i listed earlier.

The fact that they dont show what Mark did to Angstrom’s face in this show that can get really violent and gory really says something. I can’t even imagine how gruesome it must’ve looked like in the comic.
He looked like a pile of hamburgers in the comic

So something you guys said earlier Rudy/Robot is the one who took Rex's DNA and now he is a younger looking Rex but he actually does age like a normal person he just chose to be a kid so he could be a kid like Monster Girl and in the hopes the could age normally together
I really really love that for every Spider-Man knock off they have the definitive voice for Spider-Man, Josh Keaton, return to play him. He was the voice of the great Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon and voiced him in plenty of games too. They also had him play a Spider-Man knock off in Young Justice called Black Spider!
It’s like if they made knock off cartoons of Avatar and had a Zuko esque character and they brought back Dante Basco for each one.
so the creators couldn't get approval but Invincible universe acknowledges the existence of Marvel, so in the comics this scene is actually Spider-Man but for the show they had to do a knockoff but use the the VA.

It was as though Mark realized that he couldn't control his strength especially when it comes to the ones he lovesmbeing threatened. Especially how EASY it was for him😭 Was almost like once he came out of his "trance of rage", like us, he himself didnt expect to have demolished him that bad.
Levy kept telling Invincible he was a murderer until he actually ended up becoming one💔

It took them 20 years to find Mark, and he wasnt himself anymore so they went back in time 20 years to when Mark first disappeared and sent him back to his dimension
For all that Angstrom Levy was talking about how Debbie was a traitor to humanity, he's actually projecting what he thinks the mother of the Evil Marks are like. Complicit.
None of his memories mention Debbie and earlier in Season 2 when it showed Evil Mark and Omni-Man destroying the Resistance base and fighting Eve and Robot, Debbie was still not mentioned. Mark said he has people who would care for a paralyzed Eve, but its not like Mark said he would have his mom watch Eve. So alternate Debbie could be alive and a willing traitor. She could be a fearful woman trapped with two demigods who step on humans like ants. Debbie could be dead. Debbie could be similarly paralyzed or hobbled by Nolan to keep her like a houseplant he comes back to. No one knows. Not even Angstrom.
This whole thing is projection from Levy. He was running a mad science experiment and got burned and the other memories are poisoning him. He is still 'that guy', just more crazy and violent.
Nothing he's done has stopped the Evil Marks and all that preparation to destroy one Mark failed and turned him into corned beef.

People keep forgetting that Rudy is literally a clone of Rex. That is the same Rudy 20 years in the future, not Rexsplode. Eve calling him Rex is something to think on, however.
Monster Girl is the one that doesn't grow old. Rudy, however, is just a clone of Rex when he was younger. He will age naturally.
@@Jinchokion Well, he has voice of Rexplode, and Eve called him Rex. Maybe in that universe Rudy somehow died because he tried to save Rex and Rex decided to honor him by putting his armor on and becoming "new Robot".
@@actualsimp8308 Assuming they follow the comics as close as they have, it is certainly Rudy, using the name Rex. He is 20 years older (physically early 30s) at this point, and is literally a clone of Rex. Ofc they'd have the same voice. Vocal chords were cloned too. They just have a different speaking cadence, which you can identify in this episode to be Rudy's cadence. This dimension they came from was directly 20 years following the events of Mark disappearing. They are the same dimension's Guardians, just a separate timeline that branched off from sending him back.

There's a part of me that thinks it's hilarious that people are going around spoiling something that won't be animated for at least another 6 years, if ever. I get how it's annoying for new fans though.

Instead of going back and killing the Marks who really deserve it, he decides to stay and take it out on the only good Mark he knows of

So it's not that Mark is stupid with his frontal assaults its also that Angstrom is just faster. Angstrom can open portals at the conception of thought, plus he was enhanced. Mark is also holding back, think like Superman, superman holds back but he doesn't only hold his punches he literally holds back on everything even flying, its like a mental block.
Levy really is a tragic character. Too many experiences from too many universes just drove him to insanity.

so the guardians that saved mark and sent him back to his dimension, are the same guardians from that dimension. that aged up eve is the same eve weve been watching all this time, its just her from the future. because it took them 20 years to find the dimension mark was in.
I believe the time travelers were from the same dimension that Mark inhabits, except he was trapped there and it lived on without him for 20 years. They needed to time travel and send Mark home to fix everything. It's a weird time paradox. Since they saved him, those 20 years never happened, but for them it did. Unless it's all only multiverse theory. Then its just a bunch of infinite bs.

i’ve been spoiled so many times it’s crazy
The dino universe is the one where that asteroid missed the earth, so the Dinosaurs never died, and over time they evolved to talk. But humans evolved too from primates, but they never got to form their language because they never lived in large groups due to these dinos, before they were essentially wiped out completely. Humans becoming extinct is such a weird topic. Mark wasn't sent back in time as it seems initially.

"took them forever to get there" cecil had no way of knowing this was going down cuase levy signal jammed the house. he would have only got word of it after mark takes levy out of the house exploding the whole front of it. then the noise probably woke a neighbor and they saw the house was blown up and called 911. which probably got transferred to cecil when the caller gave debbies address as the blown up house
Usually in multiverse stories you see 1 world where the hero is the villain but here basically 1 or maybe a few Marks that are genuine heroes, that's an interesting and nice change to be honest

That’s a big part of why Invincible is one of the only multiverse stories that really works.
Invincible works because we’re seeing basically the only world where he’s good, so you can’t fall back on bringing in replacements from other worlds to avoid consequences.
Mark, Debbie, Nolan - all are having a purple left eye in this episode. Given that Oliver is by default purple, it can be said that the whole Grayson family was sporting a purple left eye this episode.
There's a fan theory that because the main universe's Mark Grayson got his powers so late compared to other Viltrumites & his other versions, he didn't spend years being trained by Omni-Man to follow Viltrumite customs & support their Empire taking over the Earth compared to all of the other Mark Graysons from other universes, hence why they lacked the empathy for humanity our Mark Grayson has.
That theory makes a lot of sense!!
That doesn't explain why Debbie joined Mark and Nolan in the other worlds.

I guess yall missed the recap in the beginning of the episode as it shows the Mummy scene from season 1. Basically, when Nolan was teaching Mark how to fly they flew over the desert where a man was trying to resurrect the Mummy. When they flew by they were too close to the ground and accidentally buried the tomb again in a sand storm. Then in this episode Mark does the exact same thing by flying over the tomb and burying the man's daughter in the tomb. It's just a running gag about how Mark keeps saving everyone from the Mummy by accident lol.

Fun fact: this whole scene is based off a collaboration where Invincible teamed up with Spider-Man in the comics. He was basically thrown into the marvel universe from one of Levy’s portals, just like in the show.

I was under the impression that that Eve was from a branch off of Mark prime's timeline when he got trapped after killing Levy. Robot/rex seemed to imply that they would continue to exist in theirs after sending mark back, but that it might be subject to effects from sending Mark back.

Simply searching for a reaction video will generate new vids of massive spoilers recently uploaded by comic book readers. It's hella wack.
The crazy part if you have read the comics, these first two seasons have all been set up for a MUCH bigger story.

Hey Meesh and Dee "Happy Wednesday". Congratulations on passing 10k subscribers. This was an insane episode like Mark is once again caught in a conflict. And now he has to save his mother and little brother. And having to be force to kill Angstrom which goes against his code as a hero.
I feel bad for Angstrom because his intentions was noble trying to collect knowledge so he can save other plants only to go mad because of too many memories of his other variants due to the explosion. Surprise that the original Kate is alive. I understand Mark not being able to confess his love to Eve. Especially after everything that happened. But anyway great season finale. Omg, I think I got spoiled the whole show by now. There's these channels that put spoilers in the title and the thumbnail, it's so annoying.

Rudy's body grow and get older, he just put his 30 years old brain in a teenager body and Rex isn't that much physically older (4-5 years top).
The weird thing is not Rex in robot suit, but Rex speaking Sci-Fi stuff with Rudy speech pattern, that doesn't seem right.
Levy really showed us how bad Mark and Nolan are in other dimensions and it shows how special the family is in this dimension. It's interesting that Oliver is unique to this dimension so I'm looking forward to more about that. I wish we had gotten to see an evil Debbie! Spoilers are definitely frustrating. I knew about Kate thanks to a comment section which was a bummer. As much as i love muscle mommy Anissa I'm not even going near google to look her up because I want to see whatever unfolds unfold.
