Flat rate envelope at the post office ships here for $9.90! (I would add extra tape on the seams but other than that, shipping flat rate with priority mail to and from Hawaii is the same as shipping on the mainland state to state. Please, please reconsider! All my favorite Bible channels always exclude Hawaii even though it's the same as every other state when shipped through USPS post office. (We've lived here 7 years and ship all the time!)
