very creative. only thing is the lint from the cotton socks cld just be adding more lint to your hair so prob a silk or non cotton sock. right now i'm using a dread wave cap which is lit.

Would be easier if you roll the sock into a donut shape in your hands, pay attention to the orientation of the sock ends and pull it on to the base of the ponytail, then unroll it over the ponytail.
Also, I'd use a satin/non-cotton sock, so the locs glide over the material and to prevent breakage.

This video is lit, but it seems to mostly apply to those with longer locs. Mine are about down to my eyebrows, so i cant pull them back and sleep or else its a hassle to style in the morning. I wear a durag, but then tying it sometimes causes my locs to sort of “curve” where the durag “lace?” presses down. Any suggestions? Its not really bad but it can be annoying on some days where i dont have time to really focus on my hair
