Opal yarns always have a colorway name. In this case the label sais (above the number „leuchtende Geburtstagsfarben“ which means something like bright birthday colors).

I’m glad you mentioned the audiobooks and I will see if I can line up the seven sisters I can’t read anymore my eyes are so bad I just can’t read anymore but I can listen and thank God for that so thank you for that info yeah and I do love romance and sorry my my marriage ended on a bed and the dad just let him get away with too much too long and it got out of hand so I’m happy and he’s gone now seven years and the first 10 more wonderful till he started to play outside of the playpen we won’t go there 47:56
Speaking of the queen, I have a thing for the Paddington bear I used to collect them. I don’t even know why I’ve years ago and then I sold the collection and now I wish that I kept them but however, I do they have a few and I love the tea with the queen I just adored her, and EDDY I love all everything about the royal family. I just enjoyed so much and thank you for mentioning books, I don’t read much, but I am getting into the audience and I I can’t think right now. 51:20
I have been watching a lot of the history channels on UA-cam about the UK I have a Lotta interest in the company and my niece owns a house here in New Hampshire and it’s called Kent in Newcastle and I saw the wall in Newcastle in and watch the video all the way up to the east coast and indicates territory up there on the coast of Scotland. Oh, I loved it all so thank you for your huge. You’re a good his story and I think.
I've binged almost all your podcasts now so have heard you talk about books often, I've never wanted to try out the series until you said 'fantasy version of bridgerton' and I'm off to download a sample😂
Sherri, I wondered about the blonde hair I didn’t want to be too personal and ask you questions that you answer my question yeah blinders beautiful the TMK was very expensive and if you have a natural way will lose it so take good care of your hair
I don’t do any puzzles I don’t have enough room to lay one out on a table. I have a very small apartment. I love it but it’s very crowded so that’s off my list right now but lots of people love them and I’ve used to do them years ago.
Good morning Sherri yes I have had the moment when I cut some thing out and put it in a bag and I making aprons of some thing and I forget what I even cut out so yeah keep on top of it and then write in the bag. what are you planning to do with it because it’s so easy when you have a lot of things going in your life and children and husbands and everything else so just keep good track of your stuff because I have a Lotta stuff that’s cut out and it’s sad you know and now I’m too old to know what to do with it
One more time Sherri, do you know anything about that ghost city that I watched a video for three hours yesterday I don’t want to elaborate on it, but it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen in my life with all those homes and nobody in them and water running them on the way and they had to be hundreds of years old. I don’t know I never Liked I’m trying to find out from my answering thing and aaa they sent me about six of them, but not that wasn’t what I saw and I I did take pictures they even had the old red telephone booths out on the corner of the streets and some parts of the town and churches all in one little area of 1 mile and they had a courthouse in the whole city and I I just I’m amazed at it let me know the name of it. I want my how I can I felt like I was there.

Lovely video, congratulations on the increased numbers and getting to go wide body👍🏼. Beautiful shawl, it was a great yarn choice and it does remind of Neapolitan ice cream. Sounds like some great plans coming up, exciting travels. I was wondering about the fires, if they were anywhere near you and how they night be effecting you flights? We’ve had a couple of big fires here and a few controllable but persistent fires so far this month as well, thank God we’ve now had a full week of rain and the thirsty earth is drinking it all up.
We’ve only had half of our usual precipitation for the last year and the forests are a tinderbox, climate change in action for sure. Now we’re predicted to have more hurricanes as the ocean has increased in temperature higher than any recorded time , scary times ahead in the Maritimes.😳🙋🏼♀️

Thankfully we had some rain last night but it didn’t last for long! The heat has been incredible and yes the climate is definitely changing. So important for us all to try and make a change, even if it’s a small change it can and will make a difference 💓
Hello lovely! Such a lovely podcast Sherrie. Made all the more lovely because you showed the Sophie Shawl. I bought a dress and suddenly decided that the million scarves I already had weren't right to put with it. I had an idea in my head and started searching Ravelry, quickly becoming overwhelmed with not seeing what I imagined I wanted, and the Sophie shawl is just it! It also looks like even I might be able to do it! I'm still such a rubbish knitter. I have got as far as getting some sock needles and finding a pattern for beginners, which is a big step forward for me. Your socks are amazing. Totally in awe. We have been watching Silo on apple tv. Gosh I feel the need to stand outside taking deep breaths after I watch an episode. For lightness, we have started re-watching Modern Family and Life in Pieces. Absolutely love those. I need to watch Yellowstone, and also there is another one with Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren which looks good but can't remember the name. xxx

That’s great you’ve got the sock needles and pattern, maybe just take it one section at a time and you’ll surprise yourself it’s not that tricky once you’ve made your first sock 💖
Your acquisitions are 😍 I also need all the D&D in every single color they recently released. Yellowstone has been filming a lot where I live (north central Texas) they filmed 1883 in my downtown town square and they filmed a new spinoff series Bass Reeves in my neighboring town square, covered the entire thing in dirt 😂
OH my 😱 what a beautiful part of the world you live! I really want a horse since watching Yellowstone 🐎 I've always loved horses, they make me cry because they're so beautiful 😭 💕

I'm new to your channel this is my 1st. Im so glad I found you. Ive been looking for British knitters and crocheters. Also do you know of any British Mills who do mill ends. Have to save as much as I can thanks to the cost of living. Ive already had to give up my car😢 im disabled and housebound now I cant get to the bus stop I cant walk that far lol. Love seeing all your projects.I sometimes take the wax melts of the melter after being used and drop them in my project bag.
That's a good idea, I use them and try and remelt them into candles, it's great when we get to find another use for something 💕
I tried to find both the dishcloth and granny blanket on Ravelry and it says it's a personal pattern and not on Ravelry....

Great question! A 20g mini can go quite a way, depending on the type of heel you’re doing and also how many rounds on a cuff as well. I reckon I could get a cuff, toe and heel out of a 20g mini, it would be a shadow wrap heel though and only for 1 sock. I might have to give it a try and see! 💓

Great to see you again! I’m currently listening to the audiobook The Christie Affair by Nina de Gramont, which is a fictional account of the days Agatha Christie went missing. I’m not too far into it, but I’m enjoying it so far. I’m reading The Reading List by Sara Nisha Adams and enjoying that as well.

I was one of them who recommended reading the Seven Sisters. They are all fabulous books and I have just read the last one which is all about Pa Salt. Really good as it gives all the answers to all the questions you will have when reading all the other books. Love all your socks they are so pretty. xxx

My son has a hamster and it’s so fun! Cute, fluffy, and curious. If you need information about how to best care for hamsters I find you tube to be a much better resource than pet stores. Erin’s animals and Victoria Rachel are great channels.

I have listened to all Lucinda Riley books and I cannot recommend them enough. I have just finished reading, yes reading, the final tome, Atlas, Pa Salt. I recommend Murder at Fleat House too, her only crime book. I challenge myself to Wordle daily and might now introduce a word search too. All your WIPs and FOs are lovely. I think I might make a Sophie scarf too, I hope its not only in chart style. Thank you again Sherrie for taking the time to podcast. Enjoy the summer with your lovely family and your crafting too. 😊

It’s different from what I would normally read but I’m enjoying it. I will have a look at Murder At Fleat House. Yes - a WordSearch a day is great fun, it doesn’t take long and it’s nice to just stop for 10 mins and sit and do it, especially if you’ve got a nice drink as well to enjoy 💓
@@OllieandBella there are 8 books 7 x sisters and the recent about their father. They are huge so I confess I listened to the 7 and read the 8th. I am not good at relaxing for long and so listened whilst doing chores! I hope you enjoy them. 😊
