A couple of things:
1. Use wire loom, it keeps wires protected
2. You don’t have to drill holes 🕳 in your frame, there’s screws that have long enough extensions for both ends where the holes are on the frames.
Hi! Quick question, do I need to purchase the red wire separate? Do I also need to buy a longer “ground” wire?
For opt7 if you order a extension wire you will be fine.

Hey fam, how would this work on a BMW with the battery being in the trunk? Will it be better to wire it too the fuse box?
The ones I’ve done with the battery in the trunk I done em the same way. Hooked it up to the battery an they will be a garment under the spare tire you can poke a hole in to run the wires through
How do you change the speed of the flashing on your opt 7 lights on the remote? I could be dumb but i cannot get mine (same kit) on any speed but full seizure mode.
You can’t change the speed. Or nothing

What is the third cable? The one with the Bluetooth?
I just brought some so they do got to be drilled into the car so they’ll hold up
That’s the best option all you have to do is get a titanium drill bit to start a small pilot hole an use some self tapping screws

Hey do you know how to remove the mykey function I bought mine used from a dealer and it came with this feature installed and I want it removed. Any help I’ll appreciate 🙏🏽
You’ll need both keys. To remove the my key. Once both keys are in the vehicle it will give you the option.

@@raykwoncharles7634 might be a little late but I had to have a new key cut and programmed by a local locksmith for mine

Do they turn off themselves when it’s daylight
Naw you have to do it through the app
Yeah cause I plugged mine into the battery tonight and I used my application to shut them down
Now, if you plug them into the fuse box, they should shut off
Wire it to the ignition that way it only turns on when you turn the key
I bought the same kit but my remote don’t work when I press a button the light on the remote turn on but nothing happens with the lights would you have any idea how to fix it ?

So why didn’t you install the control box in the car?
There’s no point really it’s Bluetooth it work under the hood. Plus it’s a lot of pointless work to put it in the car then route the wires out the car
@ljraww9064 can it take the Temps and possible fluids getting on the box?
Since you have left opt7 which other ones did you get? I have been looking at the Govee one, but also I don't know what fuse line to get if you can link me one for using one with an underglow kit
Honestly they all the same it just depends on what you want them to do. Oneuplighting.com is pretty good.
