Here is a tribute for Hvitserk and Ivar, and I can easily say that they're arc was my favorite thing from this season , hope everyone enjoys.
This may be my only vikings edit for S6a, I'm just not feeling much inspiration for season 6, although by the end of the show, I'm going to try to make tributes for Ivar the Boneless, Ubbe, Hvitserk, and Ragnar (Maybe Bjorn as well).

I like how hvitserk finally accepted his fate he reminds me of how rollo stopped being overshadowed by ragnar and became his own man.
Loved it...so many get confused about Hvitserk being with him now but they're brothers. And he now realises his fate wasnt to kill Ivar, it was Lagertha. Her death made the ghosts and drinking stop not Ivar. Then they found each other again and Ivars the only brother who took him in and cared for him. Hvitserk would have surely froze to death in those woods

Hvitserk is such an underrated character. I find myself rooting for him the most I don’t know why

3 years later, and having binged the series, I believe Hvitserk is actually one of the most underrated yet relatable characters of the series.
He's hot!
The dynamic of these two brothers is the best part of this show. Hvitserk has only ever been excepted by ivar and he is the only one who truly loved ivar. The duo between them is like Ragnars and Rollos. Rollo always betrayed Ragnar but Ragnar was always there for him just like Ivar is there for Hvitserk.
Man, such a good comment. I love how you compared them to Rollo and Ragnar, because now I see that it's so true. And I agree, it's definitely the best part of the show right now
Ubbe loved Ivar
Hvitserk never had any designs on becoming King . He knew he could never “ overshadow” lvar because he had no intentions of doing so in fact he summoned help from Rollo by providing Frankish troops . He was Ivar’s “lieutenant” literally and figuratively in the narcissistic relationship Ivar had with Hvitserk . Ivar has all the traits of a covert narc, or what used to be “ vulnerable “ narc’ and Hvitserk provided fuel for Ivar .
Ubbe has always loved Hvitserk they grew up very close as little boys and escaped death together. Ubbe was the one who saved Hvitserk from flames when Bjorn sentenced him to death, l’m quite sure he would have done the same for lvar . He even told Ivar that he loved him and he didn’t care about him being “ crippled “ he loved him just the same and he defended Ivar when the locals mocked him and told them to respect his little brother if they wanted to stay alive. He knew how dangerous lvar could be
Brothers in arms! Their relationship explanation is one of the best things in 6a.

It's a very tragic relationship. But I hope they'll be together to the end. Hvitserk is the only one who really loves Ivar no matter what. They're together against the whole world. There's no going back.
My favorite Brotherhood in the show, without their relationship i would had stop watching after Ragnar dead. I'm so glad seeing them fightin side by side again, after all he is the only brother that Ivar truly loves and the only one who loves him.

Their journey was amazing, they went from "hate" each others to truly and deeply love each others and I am ready to bet and claim they would have die for the other one with no effort
It makes me sad the way Ivar said "but of course you didn't....How could you ever love me?"...
Ivar made mistakes but he suffered all his life from humiliations ....

Ubbe loved Ivar. You can tell . He is the only brother who told lvar that he loved him regardless of how he is . Hvitserk only told said he loved lvar was about to die
Even after everything, Hvitserk continued to stand by Ivar to the very end.. when he ultimately died in Hvitserk’s arms 😭
He knows Ivar better than anyone else Ivar the God’s “ you’re crazy Ivar” 😝
Amazing! Watched it 50 times. They're relationship keeps my interest on this show. So does Ivar though. He saved it after Ragnar for me. This was incredible! Thank you.

I wish all the brothers well but my boy Ivar is the show after Ragnar and show misunderstood people say hes evil, hes not hes ruthless, smart cunning, religious and in so much pain and so insecure & desperate to be seen an equal by his brothers. Love him and Hvitserk together the most and finally back together. But also did used to love the little cut moments Ivar & Ubbe had, probably will never happen again now so hope these two stay united, Ivar has calmed down alot and learned, he seems to really appreciate Hvitserk this time around and isnt putting on his facade around him anymore.

I would agree that Hvitserk will ultimately choose Ubbe over Ivar by the end of the show. I just wonder if Ubbe will even accept Hvitserk after all of the "betrayals"

I really liked the video but there is something that still bothers me.
Hvitsärk didn't tense to be with Ivar. It makes no sense, I humiliate him, made life hell, stunned him in dreams and then returns with him as if nothing.
Hvitsärk lost everything because of him. I hate that Hvitsärk is what it is in season 6
Thank you, and yeah, I definitely know what you mean. I really liked the parts with Ivar and Hvitserk this season, although it seemed really weird to me that Hvitserk didn't hold anything against Ivar for what had happened. I was certain that Thora would be mentioned by the finale, but nothing ever was said. It's weird to have them so close after so much happened to tear them apart.
@@Jessislegend He realised his fate. Ivar also took him in. He also saw how Bjorn was with revenge for his mother so who could blame Ivar when he wanted revenge? Why does Bjorn get a pass? No. These 2 love eachother.
Hvitserk learned alot and struggled trying to figure out his fate, he finally did and was definitely going to die in those wood if Ivar didnt take him in. Yes Ivar made jokes and killed his girl but he was king and had his reasons, it wasnt out of spite also people seem to forget that the brother did things against Ivar too, it wasnt all him and the only thing that really drove him away was the need to avenge his mother. Which Bjorn was a huge hypocrite about, telling Ivar to let it go for his people and sake of his fathers legacy. Ivar was just as close with Aslaug, probably more considering he was indoors most of his childhood. Only difference is people liked Lagertha way more. Theres a whole childhood these boys have had together pretty much happily, until they lost their parent. I think they both understand better and are still blood at the end of the day. Ubbe stuck by Bjorn. Hvitserk is closer to Ivar than he was to Bjorn, he respected and feared his big bro but his mother killed theirs.
