If you bring a container with lid, preferably glass (just because healthier than plastic) then you could make couscous ir rice noodles to go with your lunch, they voth just need to doak in boiling water (can use the kettle) then you can add in tinned/raw veg, beans etc. You can do the same to make some oats, cheaper than the store bought 1 minute pots.

Depending what accommodation you have you may need an extension lead as not many plug sockets in silver rooms. I will bet that over half of that food like you say will come home with you. We always take fruit and yoghurts up from breakfast back to the room and I also fill our water bottles with squash the rose pear is divine! Some people frown upon it but if its getting eaten I don't see what the problem is. We pay enough for food and we definitely don't eat over £30 of food between breakfast and dinner so just getting my money worth lol! We didn't eat much between meals but then my son isn't a snacker anyway Really. He did like a snack when we got back to the room and we did have a cheeky burger king one night as well lol! With the activities either head to the leisure hub on your arrival and see if they have spaces or just turn up and wait to see if anyone doesn't show up I know with sand art lots book especially the 9.30am one and don't turn up lol. Same with any shows you didn't get wait in the standby queue and you will get in. Never seen anyone turned away yet. Breakfast on leaving I'm sure is 7.30am unless you like to leave much earlier than that that is lol! We are there again for the day Thursday might see you there lol! Be prepared for an addiction to the skyline gang and wait for the meet and greet after the show over to the store side of the stage. Have a fab time not a bit jealous your staying there I'm actually a lot jealous lol! We love butlins oscar and me can you tell? Lol! We have annual passes now and have been for 2 day visits this holidays already lol! Oh! Take bath towels from home for swimming as not allowed to take the ones from the room and if you are in standard or silver accommodation towels are not provided to my knowledge. Sorry long message lol! Look out for Steven the seagull he likes to pinch your chips lol! X
Thank you so much, the extension lead has been packed we are in an apartment but thought I would take it just in case. At least if the food comes back it will be less to spend on the food shop when we get home which is a bonus. Exactly get your moneys worth and I’m sure they won’t miss a bit of fruit going at least it’s being eaten and not going to waste and I completely forgot about the rose pear drink it was divine like you said. I’m sure there will be a Burger King brought at some point but they also have a subway now too. I didn’t know about the hub thing I will definitely go to that when I get there thank you for the tip. The girls love skyline gang but my son not that into it last year, we will see what he thinks this year. Bath towels are all packed. I will keep an eye out for Steven the seagull cheeky little devil. @@Solomumtoone :) yes subway chopstix and waffles in scoop. It looks so much nicer in there but the queues do get big at peak eating times. We had subway Saturday when we were there it was so good! My son is mad on subway he was so excited when they said it was being built lol. Hope you have a fab time! X
