Heavy cast iron mill used as grain mill, corn mill, corn grinder, coffee grinder, grain grinder.
Grind /crush any types of grains. Back in the days ,it would have taken a lot of time and effort to manually turn grains into flour.
Although fully functional, this little beauty, finished in Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze, is now proudly used for display only.

Beautiful piece. Loved the magical transformation.
Had a giggle at your using the kids swimming pool for rust removal. Hope it didn’t stain the plastic.
Thank you. That pool had a crack and was getting thrown away so it came in handy 😉👩🔧.
The detail work is great
Thanks for watching 👍
This was very helpful. I just got one of these and someone welded the wheel to the shaft which I suspected was not the way it was supposed to be
Thanks for watching. I hope you can manage to fix yours 👍
Спасибо за работу! Super!
Thanks for watching 👍
Excellent video and restoration mate, I particularly liked the gold highlights and that oval grain pattern on the timber handle. You certainly had a lot of surface area to deal with, Well done!
Thank you for the nice comment. Glad you like the handle. Happy with the gold paint too seeing how irregular the cast iron was.👍👩🔧
Great restoration👏
Thank you 👍👩🔧
Looks terrific! Came out great!
Thank you 👍👩🔧

Looks great. I’m inspired. I have this exact same grain mill.
Thanks for watching. All the best restoring yours 👍
I have an Enterprise that I'm wanting to restore but the spring and washers are gone. Your detailed video will be a big help!
Thanks for watching. Good luck with your project 👍👍👩🔧
I've got the exact same model that you just restored. I'm going through the restoration process I'm going to be painting my red black with gold edging.
Great choice of colour. All the best with your restoration 😉👩🏻🔧
Attached a pulley to the shaft, and attached that pulley to belt connected to a variable speed motor. Wish the grinder shaft had a bearing. Makes grinding effortless. These grinders are still fairly easy to acquire in my part of the country.
Thanks for watching- They are rare and expensive over here in Australia 👍
Высший класс!!❤❤
😉👍
Very nice work man!
Thanks mate 👍👩🔧
Te felicito por el buen trabajo de restauración 🇵🇪
Thanks for watching 👍👍👩🔧
Love the channel. Just Subscribed...
Thats awesome.. I have subscribed to yours too 😉👍👩🔧
Great job!, Liked the color you choose better than the original red. regards #handsonrestoring
Thanks mate 👍. Though fully functional, it will be used for display only and bright red would have been too loud 😁
Probably did a lot of hard work in its day, now it can relax and enjoy retirement with a fresh coat of paint.
Yes apparently the previous owner used it daily and when he passed away it had been sitting in storage for many years 👍👩🔧
I like it.
Thanks you for watching 👍👩🔧
We got our grain mill torn apart yesterday, cleaned up and all the outer pieces repainted. We were wondering what you did with the two inner grinding cones to protect them from rusting? Did you paint those as well? We will likely use ours to grind corn for chicken feed. Thank you.
Oh, great to hear you got started on yours. I just cleaned the grinding parts and coated them with vegetable oil.
Nice job. I just acquired one of these and will be restoring it to grind corn. What were you dipping those nuts and bolts in? It looks like you're just heating them and dipping them in oil to quench.
Thanks for watching. Yes ,used hot bluing on the bolts n nuts..They were heated and quenched in vegetable oil to stops them from rusting and give a nice dark look.
Wish you all the best restoring yours 👍👩🔧

Ouch!!! You should have take all the internal parts and surfaces and coated them with a cooking oil and placed them into a hot oven for an hour, then turned the oven off and allowed the parts to cool in the oven. Then painted the exterior of your mill. The paint on the internal surfaces will ruin your mill for grinding grain. (The paint will wear off and contaminate your flour or meal)
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Appreciate the tips. This was restored for Display Only.😉👩🔧
Thanks Kevin. I will be using mine.
Hi. I have a similar one from alexanderwerk. It's a meat grinder. A great rarity. I couldn't find the same one anywhere. It is in mint condition. We have had it in the cellar for many years. It is for sale
Thanks for watching. Hope you find a good buyer for yours 👍
Muito bom !
Glad you liked it 👍

beautiful job, but now with paint on the inside it can't be use as indented.
Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. The owner ,a good friend of mine, wanted it restored for display in a part of his house. I didn't think Red colour would have suited him either so went with something totally different. He absolutely loves it. 👍👩🔧
where to get a replacement hopper for wilson bros. no. 0?
@@laurawinegar2361 I wouldn't know, to be honest 🤷♂️
Are you selling the corn grinder?
No- It belongs to a friend.
Great work... But that music... 🤦
