Scratch the surface then send it over to Butter after I messed up... Got it!

Not sure what a Rosa R is... Send me an email with some pictures and I'll see if I can help. greg@buttersuspension.com

How about inner sealing (for example fox float)?

I have to use picks on inner seals, just be very careful!

Plastic dental pick. Or since you have your replacement seals on hand, veeeeeery carefully stab the rubber with a metal pick.

I don't think the rebound is working on my 03 boxxer rc is there any way to fix this without special tools or part ?

Has it ever been rebuilt in the last 18 years? Rockshox recommends a full rebuild at least once a year.
Overall, Rockshox requires less special tools than other brands, but it's impossible to rebuild them properly without some specific tools.

@@ButterSuspension I believe it has I removed the top caps and the oil looked new but I've never owned a fork like this little nervous on tarring it down

@@harveyjoneswoodsman5956 the oil can be brand new and stuff can still not work properly. The only way to really know...is to take the fork apart. If you're not comfortable doing that, i'd take it to a suspension service center.

So I should use a salad fork vs a steak fork. Got it!
