- Germany is the classic most hated nation in RoN. China can take this title but it best fits the Rise of Nations Germany stereotype. Though everyone has a nice playstyle and without these Germany stereotypes in the video, Rise of nations would be too simple.

@PlaguedDoubt one time the USA fully annexed germany very early game, and everybody felt bad, also there are a rare few that only focus on industry and get demolished by russia or france later on

I remember when I was up against a germany player with a huge ego, he was trash at the game. He started infantry spamming and Taking out other countries. I was playing as Italy and waited patiently to get a good military, and once i did so, i destroyed germany

I remember one time when I tried to restore thte Roman Empire as Italy and I went after Austria early game. Germany got mad because I said I won't leave Austria to Germany, so they spammed a ton of tanks like the Average Germany Fan, I conquered Austria, build fortifications in the mountains and all his tanks and infantry died at my entrenched infantry in the Alpes. They acted so big until they rage quit because all their tanks died, then I rushed tanks and drove all the way to Berlin while his troops were distracted, France then declared and Germany got beaten to a pulp. LOL

One time I was Italy. My plan was to invade Germany and France. The problem was that they were both allies. I had already launched a failed invasion, and learned from my mistakes. It was clear they had each other. But then I got an idea. What if they didn't have each other? This isn't some pesky truce lock, but a distraction. I would invade France from Spain, distracting his forces from protecting Germany. I would also invade Germany from the alps, distracting him from protecting France. When I launched the invasion, it was a big success. I had taken most of Germany and France in just a couple of minutes. Until Poland joined the war. You see, Poland took Belarus and Ukraine and was ready to battle. So when he declared, I was almost swept over by the invasion, but after I killed all of Poland's troops, I sent one last wave of tanks and took France, Germany, and Poland. All in one war.

My main nation is often Japan, sometimes the US, the main reason why I always play as Japan because its much easier to get than Germany since litterally everyone goes after it first, its easy to have Germany as coppertive ally in the game if you’re Japan, at least in my experience, one time me and a german player almost conquered the world, first we went after our halves of the world then turned on US and Canada (both players sucked, which made it easy to conqure them both and the US player immidiently raged quit while the Canada player fought to the end)
only problem is competitive China players
but even otherwise, playing as japan can get boring, because expansion is kinda annoying, South east asia is the only long term plans which can take long time to invade due to the terrain

Most of the people says: "Germany ruins the game". I became Germany only once. I was thinking like that too but when you become Germany, you have a lot of power so you want to conquer. I conquered europe except spain and nordic. It was really enjoyable for me, because generally I was the one who usually gets invaded.

Agreed. I once attacked France and Poland at the same time before I even got tanks, and a France player and a Poland player joined as my troops began marching into their lands.
So, I fought 2 separate PvP wars on opposite sides of my nation. Fun.
I won by getting tanks and electronics, allowing me to crush any defense they still had with money to spare.
@@carteradams43 i had a similar one. Poland and franco-british union declared on me (in late game) and both, like me, had tanks, planes and a navy. However, my recent economic reforms allowed me to literally outproduce them, like every tank unit they destroyed, i would build two more (i ended up getting like 4x more tanks than what i had in the beginning of the war). The war was over in 1 year, with the franco-british being nuked in london by america, who wanted to randomly test their first bomb there, and collapsing right after (despite me already having france) and then poland (which btw had a lot of europe) ran out of mp and got overun quickly. Damn it was fun
The reason most Germany players ignore alliance requests is because they don’t want to make it clear they will invade you or not. I do this all the time to Ukraine as Russia, as giving them a no makes them want to prepare.

I think the main reason I and many others despise germany players is because how robotic they are. They will literally join a game, and do the same "czechia, austria, poland, france" invasion no matter what ai or how bad off they are. Like, they literally could have half their cities annexed, extremely low population from nukes, bavaria free, low stablity and debt, and they will STILL always try to do the same bullshit. Like I could have complete world dominance, and a player will join and automatically play germany even though there's like dozens of better options and their nation is completely destroyed. They genuinely perform the same task over and over. They boot up the game just to do the same exact thing they did last time.

they have too much square cities and resources africa has a LOT of resources so he going full conquer mode and he has all resources i once played nigeria and my friends were colombia, chile and argentina so i conquered north brazil but he was spamming troops in capital and my tanks died in the jungle bc they didnt have supply nearby

I understand the previous ones, but this one is just getting mad at people half decent at the game. I rarely play Germany, but I hoard Titanium and Tungsten knowing supplies will run out if I don't, build hordes of tanks to quickly take over nations early on, declare war on players wanting alliances often (mainly because I need them for formables and I can't risk them growing strong enough to stop me), And I gladly ally others, even forming alliances with small nations being attacked by larger ones. (But please, DONT defend AI nations. There is no point.)
I do agree with the part about AI nations, WW2 RP, and no navy. I don't want WW2 specifically and navies are so useful (once as Poland I parked a sub in the Mediterranean, which defeated a huge USA army and won me the war)
The scariest thing is when a good aggressive player gets ahold of Germany because after they do it’s over for Europe if they aren’t stopped

I’ve tried being a peaceful Germany to make an EU or colonial Europe roleplay and it’s always fallen flat on my face as people just take it as a chance to troll or invade me as the big bad guy in Europe despite my attempts so I just stopped trying and just play ridiculously aggressive until someone stops me.
I am a German player and I sell like crazy and I don’t have a ego in fact I hate German egos I have a good understanding of economy and naval tactics btw best tactic i use. Is by far the U B O A T. Mainly so I can’t be d dayed and to destroy the hopes of large navies

I am the biggest simp, I simped for Poland.
I was playing RoN with 2 of my friends, I was playing Germany, I decided to invade half of Poland then form an Alliance with the AI as a joke and to form WWI borders. Later in the game, one of my friends, Mexico, tried to invade Poland. Instead of helping, I sent every soldier, plane and boat I had into Poland to defend in. China, my other friend, sent me manpower in the millions. I went from 2 mil soldiers to 14 mil. And I had completely wiped Mexico. Until China attacked Poland as well, they attacked through Italy, which I controlled, and thankfully my subs had payed off. In the end I dealt 6 million casualties to China before they WP and left. I managed to form Charle’s great empire.

When i play as germany im always the first plsyer to make tanls and use those tanks on western europe and infantry on eastern y just ex0and agresivly till frankish then i chill
here’s a tip how to defend as austria
build a fort in innsbruck, if germany is visibly going for czech and poland first take time to make tanks, if he is invading nobody and no troops at the border
if he has troops at border spam 70k troops, place them in innsbruck and an electronic factory there, also get some artillery and anti air if he isn’t a total noob, now germany will rush there with tons of troops but don’t worry, 70k entrenched fort mountain troops can kill 2k tanks easily, germany will most likely either spam 500000 artillery, which in this case you beg for manpower and spam troops in a dog city, use those troops to attack his artillery unless its supported by more, this is my simple austria defence strat, it’s also a good idea to ally france or russia. they saved me several times by spamming his capital when he’s busy with me

I often play as Switzerland and do the Swiss Neutrality strategy like real life and got respects from France, Italy and the UK but Germany is Germany so he decided to spam tanks toward my country and was swiftly cleaned by my artillery and Infantry with anti-tank weaponry. He then start spamming troops along with tanks and was also squashed by my artillery. France then justify war on Germany but then joins him because Germany sent bribe money to France so he joined the war against me (Switzerland) and was also crushed embarrassingly, with no victory in sight they both accept my white peace.
I stayed in the server for quite a while (around 2050s) and when Qing and Maurya Empire took over Europe, I stick to my gun and defend the mountains with my massively improved Tanks, Anti-Air, Artillery, and Infantry. They both join the war against me just to clean up Europe for themselves but, they lost. I lost a total of around 200.000 units while Qing and Maurya lost a combined 42.700.000+ over the span of 2 years. They promptly collapse due to war exhaustion and since I had the Neutrality Act my stability always stay above 90% through out the entire war and War Exhaustion never reached over 3.0
I felt truly divine and can finally rest as I have achieve something that nearly no one has done before. Even with the small land mass of only Switzerland and Liechtenstein I was rank 6 in the server and no one questions my capability anymore since there is no one left who dares to invade me.

1st time playing as germany in a long time (didnt have the skin at 400k exp so i decided to blitzkrieg europe and yeah) then the uk declared war on me knowing he would lose, he used his ships and i destroyed all of them and flanked on all of his military and took london and i won europe and formed eu (this comment was made cuz i dont get the part of you saying germany players dont use navy i use it alot and end up winning it due to doctrines and military groups

My strategy is.. quite literally lightning war, I make motor and steel factories first, maybe I'll take Poland first, or france if they suck or they're an ai but other than that I take the smaller countries for money
It's actually amazing to see how much I can expand by 2021, this one time I took france, spain, poland and all of the small countries just by 2021, but alot of times I usually die because no money or no manpower

I remember I was France and Immediately fought Germany, but it was a long war and for some reason, I peaced them but annexed most of their square cities. Same with Italy. Europe was mostly taken by Russia, proving that Germany blocks out Russia.

I build 3 factories in square cities for harder capturing while making factories make steel and motor parts factories then be the peaceful Germany for a month then make aircraft factory in 2020 you only need 4k tanks and 500k infantry train it and go for Denmark and Poland you go for the Sweden and Finland cuz they have titanium and tungsten cuz the market is empty and ppl won't sell you cuz German player and make an aircraft carrier that's pretty much it you can enjoy annexing everyone. Also your wrong about German players not building a navy it depends on the player
