Necro'ing this, around the 13 minute mark "glow sticks would be banned 20 years ago" They WERE, 30ish years ago they had these same glow sticks out in the PNW called "Lunker Lights" we used them for night fishing the ocean and river salmon, you stuck this 1.5" light stick in aquarium air tubing then hooked the tubing on and ran it up to the hook eye. In the first 6 months those lights alone with no bait caught more fish than any 2 lures you could name to the point the game department put an emergency ban on their use that stands to this day. I was AMAZED to see them in use when I moved to the midwest.
