    Sorry for my rough/husky voice - I was recovering from a head-cold when I recorded the voice-over.

    While I paid attention to making sure that each of these designs has appropriate connections to make them stable, I didn't check to see if all of the LEGO pieces are available in the colours shown, so these designs may not be able to able to be built with real LEGO bricks.

    That's really cool! I'm a software engineer and a LEGO's crazy fan, now I'm working on an app that could help others to make LEGO models on mobile devices. I really want to know what development tool and render engine you used to make this instruction video. thanks a lot.

      +祯 王 - Thanks :-)
      I'll try to make a video with more detail later, but here is a quick overview of the software I use:
      MLCad to design/edit;
      LDView to visualise and do quick renders;
      POV-Ray to do more photo-realistic renders;
      Paint.net for image manipulation; and
      VSDC Video Editor for video editing and screen capture.
      When I'm not at my PC, I use the online editor MecaBricks.com

      + 祯 王 - Looking good so far. The base of the Eiffel Tower looks like a big grey blob at the moment, but might look better with lines on the edges of the pieces. Are you able to add lines to the edges of the pieces to make each piece stand out more? I prefer to work with multiple 2D views like MLCad (top/left/front/etc), but that is just my personal preference. Keep up the good work.

    That grill piece in the 1x3 arches fits well. I might use that technique as an arrow slit in my my lego castle

      +Simon Dengar Pegg - That would be another good use!
      I've also used two 1 x 2 Grille pieces placed vertically, side-by-side, under an Arch Brick 1 x 4 to represent a portcullis on a micro scale castle, which also works well.

    I want to build something like this in the future except minifig scale and it will be based off the Nakagin Capsule Towers in Tokyo. Vey cool.

      +Pacific CY - Thanks. While this model is not supposed to represent any real world building, it was partly inspired by the Nakagin Capsule Towers. Good luck with the minifig scale version of that building.
