Can the us government be breaking the first amendment for banning cannabis when cannabis has been tied to religious for centuries.
Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

No matter the margin you win Georgia, all 16 electoral votes will be cases to the president candidate with most of the state vote by percent. Trump believes his legal votes were thrown out and illegal votes being added was favoring Biden in winning the state. So trump believes if you add in the legal votes and throw out illegal votes he wins the state of Georgia. But he just cares about winning the state regardless of the margin he wins the state.

I'm pretty sure the statute of limitations has expired on this. It's been seven years. Typically, only violent and sexual crimes have a statute of seven years or longer. I've never heard of anything less than a felony carrying a seven year SOL.
The argument being used is that when he was away from the place where the alleged crime was committed _to be the president of the United States_, the countdown of the statute of limitations was frozen.

Being President doesn't stop a jurisdictional District Attorney from being able to file charges. Again, this isn't even a serious charge. I do think it will be a difficult conviction, if it's based on fraud related to campaign finance law. A much easier case against Trump would be bank and tax fraud related to his real estate dealings, Those documents have to be signed by him under oath/affirmation. Then there's the fomenting insurrection matter. Others of his followers are in prison for it and more are going. Oh, and the obstruction of justice matter in Fla. to say nothing of interfering with official acts of gov't., etc.
