I'm glad you're growing you already have such quality content for such a small subscriber count. I think that splitting the workload in the half is a great idea. That way you guys can do more, more often. Without the exhaustion that comes with running a channel alone.
Thanks for the kind words buddy. Our thoughts exactly, we want to really try to build this into something cool so two bodies will hopefully help a ton. Thanks for watching!
Imo, you came out of the gate pretty strong with astral drift, and escape protocol. Not to mention you were countering the edgar markovs Spells a few times lol. Great game and great content
@@MTGTheStack you aren't wrong, I would have done the same thing, it just so happened that the scary spells were all his lol. Keep up the great content bro 💪🏻
I really enjoy your guys' content and your decks are very interesting, I'd be lying if I said that I didn't really feel disappointed every time I checked to see the deck list that aren't there :-( not that my opinion matters but I guess I'm asking is there any way you guys can start trying to put the deck list up a little bit more often? I am a Edgar Markov player since day one and forever more and would love to see all the cards in Calvins Edgar build... Anyways thank you for your channel...
We will be going into our back catalogue and adding list over time, but our most recent uploads include lists. We will be making a point to include lists whenever we can moving forward. Sorry about that buddy, thanks for watching!
@@MTGTheStack thank you for your reply, and I wasn't meaning to come off rude, sorry if I did... I just want to get some ideas from your guys' great deck lists!
Great video! Chulane does seem to win out of nowhere. I thought for sure Edgar Markov was going to run away with the game, gotta train my noob eyes more haha.
Bullying the blue player that is more likely to have counterspells/interaction as a form of wraths is always correct =P I loved the cEDHish fast mana start, I like this kind of power level. Not cEDH nor commander's quarters budget decks, neither durdling into the infinite games.
As a blue player I gotta concede that point, you right. Glad you like the pacing buddy, thats the type of EDH we like to play so we're hoping yall are into it as well!
@@MTGTheStack I collected and played standard from the core before zendikar to battle for zendikar. When scars block introduced sword of body and mind I grabbed the order swords, also picked up v. Cliche before it was a modern card for like $5

Good game! I'm building gavi's deck and want to make it more competitive. Do you have your best gavi's list? Thanks!
I would like to see your gavi deck again.
Coming up soon, thanks for watching!
@@MTGTheStack Love the gavi deck, gotta see the list.

Yeahhhh you right tho. To be fair all the spells I countered where scary asf lmao. Thanks for watching!

Yeah Chulane is an absolute unit, that combo in particular is kinda complex but surprisingly easy to set up. Thanks for watching James
Could we possibly see the Akiri list?
O.0
I was trying to find an excuse to play Escape Protocol in my Gavi build...interesting.
Escape Protocol enables a lot of loops in this deck, I would highly recommend.

Magic player***
Doesn’t brazen borrower have the effect that it can only block flying creatures?
Akiri had flying from the Maul. Thanks for watching buddy!
@@MTGTheStack ah I forgot the maul gave flying. Lol
can we see the chulane decklist?
Unfortunately no. Guys list in this version has been defunct for some time now and we don't have access to the original list
What a fun game of 2 headed giant 😅😅
That's basically all it was, which is great cuz if you look at it that way my team won hahaha, thanks for tuning in Buddy
@@MTGTheStack I watched several episodes today to catch up. Love the vids keep them coming
I want to build a chulane deck so bad! My favorite commander
How did chord for 2 get a spellseeker? Am I missing something?
It was a chord for 3.
I misspoke, he used the floating mana from the Tomb.
MAVREN FEIN
The vampires in ixalan are based on on 17th century Spain
MAVREN FEIN
Apologies. I don't know shit about 17th century Spain lmao. Thanks for the e d u c a t i o n buddy!

I mostly play cards I hot cheaper by playing standard that the cards just went up over the years
That's how Guy and I built our collection. We played a ton of standard and modern over the years. Thanks for watching!

Could u play my deck, boros for life ,I love combat damage, gg everyone
I loved the game. Only thing is u repeated yourself a bit but thats the only thing. Great vid otherwise
Thanks as always buddy, was the game commentary repetitive or the game wrap up?
