This is so cool. I'm new to poe but I love games where you can come up with unique builds. I'm still learning how the game actually works so my build is pretty generic. Great video dude.
Cool vidéo, very interesting take on the hammer of the gods chronomancer. I just do raw damage no dots and died on trialmaster yesterday's he was down to 30%... Feelsbadman
Thx mate. Been following the guide and I think this is a good evolution of it. I was honestly getting a little bored of the 1-2 bunch to get rid of things and adding the ailments means I can clear trash mods with a single leap slam.
the less edited content is honestly completely fine. maybe just save the full edit for 100% complete guides and such. loving the small build updates. i enjoy seeing the thought process on how the build evolves. as a side note, the additional aftershocks support is actually a decently large dps loss mathematically compared to other gems. the less damage multiplier on it is rough, plus it decreases your poison/bleed damage. i recommend fully embracing the lower attack speed, you dont need sources of positive attack speed unless its just a positive you get for free.most mace attacks dont benefit or lose much from attack speed if you ever do a side by side comparison. in poe2 the full hit damage of your attack effects how much dot the ailments will do, so crit is a pretty good boost to poison and bleed if you ever get a good enough mace with base crit chance. probably should not dabble in ignite at all because its based off the fire damage you deal not physical. adding the armour break totem back and giving him as much armour break as you can my be a good thing. it will let you use the exploit weakness support. i think for supports i would recommend heavy swing, exploit weakness, conc effect, aftershock, rageforged, and (first of war, or heft) as always im just here mainly for suggestions, cater your build to your own wants and needs. im just a poe vet who learns how the game does its calculations too quickly because i spend all day testing and reading. have a wonderful day hun ❤
I love getting info from experienced people. I'm a spongue here to absorb, lol. My initial thought was to go no attack speed, but I really like the smoothness of clearing when my leap is faster. It may slow my boss kills slightly, but it feels worth so far. I'm getting my balance slowly as I develop, lol. I don't build into Ignite, it comes from Herald of Ash by default and I actually moved Brutality to Boneshatter so that I could buff my Hammer with Infernal Cry, which will add more chance for ignite even though it's not something I'm trying to optimize around. For the aftershocks, I would assume each additional aftershock is a new chance to apply bleed/poison. And if it's doing double damage 30% of the time, does that not mean it's at least a 30% more damage? I'm not a math expert. Lol
@@Screamheart each hit does have an additional chance to inflict poison and bleed. however, that 35% less damage line on it is a HUGE drawback. aftershock support will give you a 25% chance for an additional hit, but tremors support evens out to a 90% chance for 1 additional hit, but each hit does 35% less damage. so... 1(hit)x1.9(chance to hit 1 additional time)=1.9/.65=1.235= a 23.5% dps increase for tremors. where normal aftershock support is just plain a 25% dps increase. if the flashy look of multiple hammers going off is worth a 2.5% dps loss to you, then by all means use tremors.
I have a huge problem, I'm at 48, I don't do enough damage and the mobs split me open. I'm copying the build but I think I screwed up. Anyway the guide is excellent, keep it up
I'm using Enfeeble with Heightened Curse, Ritualistic Curse, and Hex Bloom. There's a couple damage options instead if you want, like shock. But I prefer the defensive option.
I was just about to switch to bleed/poison Hammer myself. You read my mind. I still can't decide whether this build should use the aftershock gem. It's mathematically good but dam it's inconsistent. I think it also negatively affects the magnitude of ailments, but increases the chance... Idk. I was thinking to try the lacerate or something like that.
This build does absolutely not work for me... no sustain although 41% Armour with level 52. What am I doing wrong? All points in strength except for a few for the support gems = maximum life I can have. No giants blood currently, need Near at Hand to make the main skill work in time somehow, using Blood Magic helped a bit. All gems level 13 +3 Meele on weapon, 62-115 phys dmg on weapon... I have no clue why it does not work. Resistances are low, but no way to improve currently (-6, 0, 10, 24%)
Buy some cheap gear on PoE2 trade (Don't spent over 1 Ex each for now) to fix resistances. If you gave me specifics about the problems you're having I can try to help. You can also go to my stream when I'm live and ask questions.
@Screamheart ty, the main issue is I have to do Leap 2x or more to get the effect to uae boneshatter. Meanwhile I am dying... Armour will not get that much higher, maybe better with resistances
Do you like this more natural format or prefer the highly edited videos? I'm LIVE right now at Twitch.tv/Screamheart
Love how you do the viedos, and going through all the gear and gems.

Great concept and thoughtfulness of the combinations. Too much for my build at this time, but something to keep in mind and aspire too.

nice build, im trying to work on an ignite version myself and got some good ideas here
looking even better, keep fine tuning !
Format was good!
Hey boss, where is the rage generation coming from? I seem to have missed it beyond the rage on hit jewel.
I get it from jewels, totem if I place it, and 1 rage gem which ends up in different places depending on my current setup. xD

This format is good. Editing can be too much effort for just a small gain.
are you going to put anything on cast on block sir?

True, I am also torn. But thematically it's cooler, so I don't mind either way.
Which cosmetic is that cape?
Came with the $60 pack. :)
I really want to try this build, but early game is hell for me rn with melee
You can do melee pretty well from level 23 onwards. But you could even do spells till 52 if you really wanted to, lol. I uploaded a walkthrough vid.
wait, we have svallin here?!
Unless it was fixed in the most recent patch, Ancient Aegis straight up doesn't work at the moment.
It raises my armour from about 56% to 60+.
@Screamheart Schweet. Seems like they finally got to it recently. It wasn't providing any ES bonuses whatsoever even after the original fix.
